Dr Rai Patel and staff always cover the diagnosis to produce a positive outcome and I would highly recommend Dr Rai Patel and Virtual Gastroenterology.

I also happened to mention while I was there my frustration about a skin issue that had nothing to do with the visit I was there for and Dr. Rai graciously provided a dermatologist and I went to that dermatologist a few days later, was very happy. So again, she went above and beyond to help me.

My visit went smoothly. Dr. Rai listened to me and she pointed out something and she remembered that I really wasn't a great fan of more prescription medication. However, since my health issues are changing, she did recommend a medication that I had to take will, it'll make me better. It just has stipulations of the timing and also stipulations of this interference with some of my cardiac, diabetic, and anemia medications. I'm quite pleased because I like to get these medical issues undercover.

My previous doctor retired so this was the first time I'd met Dr. Rai. I couldn't have been more pleased. She spent lots of time with me, getting to know me as a patient and a person. I would highly recommend her.

Yes, this is the first time I saw Dr. Rai Patel and she was amazing. She listened carefully. She talked to me like I was a human being, you know, addressing all my concerns. My negative side of the visit was the fact that the girls up front were all upset because they couldn't get lunches to the doctors and them and they all had to have lunch breaks and the lunch truck didn't show up. And it was a big to-do in the front office. That would be my only negative. Having said that though, I did talk to someone that brought me back into the room and I kind of let her know that it was not really appropriate how they were talking about that. But otherwise, I love the doctor and I am looking forward to seeing him.

Dr Rai is the best Dr I have. She considers my overall health and issues not just the gastrointestinal part. She takes the time to review my history especially when it comes to medications.

I was very pleased with my experience. Have not been to this practice in 10 years( colonoscopy) and my previous doctors have all retired . Meeting a new doctor is always a bit uncomfortable- but I felt totally at ease and very comfortable with Dr.Rai-Patel. I would definitely recommend the practice and Dr. Rai-Patel to friends and family.

I spoke with Dr, Rai-Patel and she told me that she'd write on My Chart an over the counter meds that I can get myself because I'm lactose intolerant. I looked all over and I didn't see it. Can you please ask her what those otc pills are so I can get some for myself please? I'd really appreciate your help. Please let me know. Thank you. [PHI]

Have been with this practice for years. Dr. Rai knows my history well. Was sern within 15 minutes of arrival. Love that I can now access the practice through MyChart!!

Entire office was full of friendly people

I have always had positive experiences with my Virtua health providers.

I am still waiting for info about a test Dr. Rai-Patel wanted to have for my stomach. She said I would hear from someone, probably from the Moorestown office. I'm still waiting for the call.

Great experience, I didn't have to wait very long and dr was wonderful, down to earth and knowledgeable. She was easy to talk to and understanding. I am very pleased

The doctor was great. She was friendly, good bedside manner. Checkout was friendly. She was a nice, I can't remember her name, but she was very nice. But when I first came in, I felt like the front window staff, they didn't even look up at me. They didn't look very happy. They looked disturbed. And they were very dismissive and just trying to hurry up and get me out or get me to the back. And there was just no friendliness about them whatsoever.
