Joanna Burgess, CNM

Joanna Burgess, CNM, MSN, is a certified nurse midwife who provides a personalized approach to pregnancy care, gynecology, and lifelong wellness. Joanna earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Villanova University and a Master of Science in Nurse Midwifery degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Joanna has extensive experience in managing and facilitating supportive and empowering family planning, prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care for women across South Jersey. She is passionate about “changing the world one birth at a time,” trauma-informed, family-centered care, and advocacy for reproductive autonomy and rights. Joanna resides in Cherry Hill with her husband, corgi, and one-eyed rescue cat. She loves music, film, theatre, cooking, and volunteering at her synagogue.
