My experience at Virtua primary care was great. The waiting area is pleasant and comfortable. The exam rooms are sufficient and include informative video boards that prompt your thoughts regarding medical questions you should be asking and provide information about current medical topics. This helps make good use of waiting time!

I like the way Jaslyn listens to everything you have to say and takes the time to listen. And I think she's a very good doctor. And I am happy that I chose this doctor's office for my care.

The entire staff at this location is compassionate, efficient and helpful in every way. I trust my care provider implicitly as she listens to me and never makes me feel rushed or uncomfortable. My only issue is that I have to go through the Virtua phone tree for my appointments. It's entirely too cumbersome

So I do nothing against the provider itself, especially Jocelyn Foster or the office. However, calling Virtua to make an appointment for that office is very frustrating. I cannot call the office directly to make an appointment, which is very hard. And every time I called Virtua directly to try to form an appointment, the operator seems like they don't know what they're talking about. They don't know the area. So it would be a lot more helpful if you had the actual office take the calls, or at least someone who's familiar with the area of Maple Shade and the office. Thank you.

Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. It was my first time to the office since it had been remodeled and they even gave me directions to find my way out! It was a very pleasant experience.

I've seen Jocelyn Foster for quite a while now, and she's been wonderful. She's always available. She makes things very clear. And the office looks especially beautiful now that the renovations are finished. And the whole staff there is... It's like they're like family, you know. They'll say, how are your grandkids? makes going to a doctor a very pleasant experience.

The my chart report says that I saw a nurse that I did not see! I tried to get it changed at the front desk. They said they were unable to do that. I don't like it having inaccurate information.

I called for an appointment on Thursday and was seen on Monday. I wished I could have been seen sooner. I did have great care as usual. Thank you

The provider signed on just a little late but enough so I was starting to worry about whether I had done the tech correctly. My one suggestion would be to alert the patient immediately with a statement that makes it clear that the provider they are waiting for will join soon and they don't have to do anything but be patient.

I enjoyed my visit with the provider. She was very professional. She was very interested in my care. She was very helpful. And she had an excellent bedside manner. She was very nice. I would definitely see her again. And the first question on this survey should have been a four, not a one. I hit one by mistake. The whole experience, was great. I always have a great experience when I go to my doctor's office. This was my first time meeting the nurse practitioner, I think. I don't remember meeting her before, but it was a pleasure. So, all 10s.

I've had the privilege to be in the hospital on four occasions with Virtua and every time I received excellent and the most professional care I've ever had. I really appreciate everybody. They didn't push me out the door. They waited till I was OK and then sent me home ... a job well done ???

Difficulty with referrals. Ultrasound referrals written were unacceptable to both Penn Radiology & SJ Radiology. Had to call & have them rewritten and went back to pick up although I saw later they were available on My Chart. Also Dermatoloty Referral was to a doctor no longer accepting new patients. Got it all figured out and appointments scheduled eventually.

Everyone at the office was very pleasant and understanding. And I would recommend the practitioner, Jocelyn Foster, to any of my friends because she seems very knowledgeable and she listens to your problems and helps you with solutions to them. Thank you.

Besides the bad connection due to the bad weather and wifi Everything was great.

Miss Foster has been taking excellent care of me. I am very happy with the treatments. She has provided me to help manage my diabetes.

Jocelyn and [REDACTED] are amazing! Not only do they listen to me as a patient they genuinely have concern as well. I would be lost without Jocelyn; she has been extremely helpful and on point with my healthcare! The ladies in the front office are awesome as well. [REDACTED] is a great new addition to the staff and [REDACTED] is beyond amazing and always has a welcoming smile and care for the patients. [REDACTED] is also very pleasant and helpful and also knows patients by name like [REDACTED] is much better than she was in the past but my talk with [REDACTED] definitely helped this situation. All of these named ladies are amazing. I had a very unpleasant experience with another physician I had to see for a sick call so I met with [REDACTED] and she took everything down about the experience and she apologized for my experience even though it was not her fault and she assured me she would meet with Dr [REDACTED] and share this unpleasant experience I had. This office is just the best minus of course my unpleasant experience. I just wish that there would be sick appointments for the physicians and nurse practitioners so we could see our own healthcare providers. There must be a way to red flag a couple of appointments that no one can have unless they are really sick.

I will say everyone here at this office are great! They all are very friendly and efficient! [REDACTED] is the best along side of the best physician Jocelyn!!! I am extremely happy here!!
