Not too much of a wait line. Everybody was very courteous and the doctor was really good. Asked me all the questions, took care of all the questions that I had. So overall, the experience was very good. And I even checked, I currently change my insurance this year. And the first thing I asked was, does Dr. Kaufman is on my panel in the network or not? And I was really happy to see that she was in the network. Thank you.

I've said previously... Dr. Kaufman is now the Primary Care Providor for all of my family... that's the trust we have in her.

As said previously, we have complete dairy in Dr. Kaufman and have referred others to the practice.

Dr. Kaufman is a good listener, has my best interests at the forefront of every discussion, and I respect her recommendations. I feel fortunate to have her as my physician.

My only suggestion would be PLEASE have better window coverings. There are cars parked right outside of the windows as well as people walking by. It makes it very difficult to change into a gown. Even if the windows are tinted, it makes the entire experience extremely awkward. Even when the blinds are drawn completely, the giant gap is unacceptable.

I am disappointed that no one went over the results of the Linus Cognitive Assessment test with me before I left the office.

Everyone is very professional and polite when you enter Virtual Health and Dr. Jodi Kaufman is an excellent doctor. I can't say enough good about her. She has helped me through a lot of hard times, including sending me to all the right doctors when I had a diagnosis and needed a double mastectomy. She is always there. She's wonderful.

Dr Kaufman is awesome. She is knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. She is the best!

Lack of communication from hospital staff. I was taken for an ultra sound without being told where I was being taken.I asked. Also, had to hobble to bathroom without any assistance

Dr. Kaufman has always demonstrated her expertise and concern towards me. I feel safe in her care. I'm lucky to have her as my GP.

My only complaint is that virtua needs a bigger sign on Briggs Road. It's heavily traveled road and the sign is so small I missed it twice with people tailing me in cars. A larger sign would help identify Virtua.

I wish there was a way to highlight in my chart for all providers to see as soon as it is opened that I have had a bilateral mastectomy so they don't continue to ask if I am up-to-date with mammograms. I am sure others would appreciate this as well

From the minute I walked in, I was welcomed and reassured. As soon as I got into the operatory, Dr. Kaufman was her usual, educating, amazing, compassionate provider. She is an excellent doctor and I will see no one but her.

Everything went very well. Did not wait long to see my doctor and the people at the desk during check-in and check-out were very nice and helpful.

Dr. Kaufman is a great doctor and provides accurate testing and information that is enabling me to keep my great health up. Thank you.

I'm handicapped and in a wheelchair it would be much easier for your patient's using wheelchairs, walkers, crutches etc if your Briggs Rd., as a matter of fact all your facilities, had handicapped access doors. Personally I would think that handicap access is required under ADA rules. Thank you

EVERYTHING WENT GREAT

LOVE Dr Kaufman! Always patient, have noticed (from earliest visits) that she is able to ferret out concerns about some issue I might have. Not all MDs have this ability. Also, unlike some other MDs, she doesn't seem to be in a rush to get the visit over with.

Doctor wants to re see me in 3 months. First appointment available 5 months out. Very difficult to follow up for my medication adjustments

I couldn't get an appointment with my regular doctor, so I was offered time wiith Dr Kaufman later that morning....perfect time of day. I liked her very much and would take another appointment with her if I have to return.

Medical Assistant had to step on a chair with one leg while measuring my height, stepping on my personal medical file folder. I am not certain she took an accurate measurement due to her balance issue on the chair.

Well, first of all, I love their new location. It's more open, more spacious, more, it's very nice, very nice location. And then Dr. Jodi Kaufman, she's been my PCP for quite a few years now. I would say what was great was that the provider and the place that I went to was definitely organized and I would also say they took me exactly on time. There was very little waiting. I usually get there earlier and they took me exactly on time. I didn't have to wait like 30 or 40 minutes, which other times I've had to not hear that are other providers. So I was definitely impressed with that and was happy because I don't like waiting for doctors. Thank you very much.

My experience was enjoyable. Dr. Kaufman is a very thorough doctor. The staff was accommodating.

I felt very uncomfortable with the lady at "check-in" how loud she was verifying my personal information. She was talking way too loud and even though it was just a couple of females in the lobby waiting to be called back to be seen by a doctor, I know they heard it, along with the last 4 digits of my phone number, and home address. Information like that, being it's PII, (Personal Identifiable Information) needs to be treated as such, with more privacy. Thank you.

At the new location on Briggs Road, it would be more helpful that directions include that the office is in the Dewberry building. It is not enough to know the address is 1015 Briggs Road. Patients should know it is 1015 Briggs Road in the Dewberry building.

The nurse who took my vitals was so nice and respectful, she listened to me and she talked to me and made me feel very comfortable there. I like when people don't treat me like a throw away . She was great!!

It was our first time at this location. It is going to sound picky but it makes a difference, there was no automatic door opener. It is very difficult to open those doors, with a walker, into the building. I would suggest, automatic door openers as soon as possible. Once in the building it was lovely.

The Virtua Primary Care building at Briggs Road needs to be upgraded for ADA. How is someone with a walker or crutches to negotiate themselves through the entrance. There should be ADA touch switches on the outside & inside of the doors.?

I was asked to be at the appointment at 845 and I wasn't actually taken into the one of the back rooms until 920 so I think that was a little bit longer than I'd like to have waited and everything else went really well.
