Scheduling, Rescheduling and general communications around appointments has become such a hindrance that I would like to move on from Virtua. I originally came because it was easy to schedule appointments online, now I have to go through a cumbersome and at times maddening phone experience which includes multi-hour hold times.

I was extremely pleased with John's care. He was attentive and did excellent with my knee injection. From the front desk to the assistant who saw me before John came in I have no complaints. The oveall office visit was excellent.

I was expecting to see [REDACTED]. They had canceled my appointment last week, so it was a surprise that I got to see this provider. He was very, very understanding and accommodating, and I stayed with him. But I have to say that this is very difficult when people are being changed around and I don't have no continuity of care. And I came home with a brace and I seem to be doing better.
