The visit was a post op visit. It felt like I was a new patient. My wieght and hieght were asked for, this was my fourth time there. The doctor was a doctor I never seen before it was not the doctor who scheduled and performed the surgery, the doctor I expected to see. The doctor performed a generalize could be applied to anyone visit. The visit was 9 days after the operation with the stitches removed and he is telling me it is ok to gently wash the area but not to submerge it. As per the hospitals instuctions DAY 3 when the bandages came off the area could be cleaned but do not submerge it. With the stitches removed he acted like water will still beable to enter the surgical site. He had no clue what occurred during my previous visits. In my visit with the surgeon he gave me time tables for what to expect for recovery and how to good what was doable. I never did anything to cause pain in the knee. I told the doctor I was in no pain. When I told the doctor every I had been doing with no pain,(Up and down steps, walk with my normal strides and speed, 12.5 mile hike the day before) he told me I should not be as active I could over do it. He wanted to show me the surgery photos. I told him I had the photos with written descriptions on the photo. He showed me anyway and choose to explain what the photo was showing. I already seen the photos and know what it was showing because my same photos had written descriptions. He preceeded to explain to me the potential future negative effects that could occur from the surgery. That was all discuss prior to surgey as it needed to be. There was no need an a little to late to matter

Scheduling, Rescheduling and general communications around appointments has become such a hindrance that I would like to move on from Virtua. I originally came because it was easy to schedule appointments online, now I have to go through a cumbersome and at times maddening phone experience which includes multi-hour hold times.

Everything went very well. Thank you!

Everyone treated me with respect and they were very professional.

Glad to see some familiar faces from the Pitman Office. Receptionist is a kind person. My first experience with this PA was very positive.

He was very, very understanding and accommodating, and I stayed with him. But I have to say that this is very difficult when people are being changed around and I don't have no continuity of care. Thank you.

I was pleased with the doctor and his care, but I had a hard time getting my appointment straightened out. Took me five days to get my appointment as a follow-up visit with the orthopedic surgeon. Thank you.
