Every team member from the front desk to x rays to checking out was very uplifting. I loved the nurse and the Doctor they were great! The woman at the check in counter definitely did not want to be there and the lady that checked me out was definitely not warm and fuzzy. The Doctored order an MRI and the receptionist when we checked out was cold. She said where are you going for an MRI, I said I have no idea we have never had to get one. I said where do people normally go she said booth radiology does them, I said ok I will try there. It takes just as much energy to be friendly and helpful as it does to be cold. Not everyone that walks through the door knows everything you know! This is our first time needing an MRI. When I left I read the paper she gave me and it says not to make an MRI appt until I have an authorization code. She explained nothing. Even my 15 year old son commented on how she was not very friendly.

It was the first time I met Dr. Jennings and his staff. All were very friendly and knowledgeable. I usually go to the office in Vineland where I see Dr. Wahl for my knees. When I called to see someone about my wrist I was told there was an opening in about three hours at the Cherry Hill office. Luckily my husband was able to drive me there. I am so grateful that we went there. My wrist is feeling so much better today.

I went in for a consult for surgery, we discussed next steps. I asked for injections for my symptoms, Dr. Jennings advised me that he could give me the injections, but it would delay surgery. Great staff and Dr. this will be my 2nd surgery with him

Was treated very well very good experience

The office was Very quick to take me in and to get the X-rays done, diagnose the problem, and give me a therapy script. HOWEVER, confusion reigned over whether I was getting PT or OT treatment. I think the doctor said that I should have PT. However, when I made the appointment, I got a phone call two days later from PT saying that I needed OT, that hand therapy is OT. So, PT canceled my appointment and now I need to call OT tomorrow. PT gave me a Virtua OT place to call that is not too far, in Marlton-I think the dr. said I was to get PT, but in any case, it is OT that i apparently need-

Everything was done right. I think the staff, the doctor, wonderful. God gave him hands. I'm telling you, he did my surgery, didn't feel anything, did a wonderful job. Very, oh, I can't say enough. And the nurses, oh my gosh, there was a [REDACTED] and then I think it's [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] and the post-op ones. Everybody. Wow I was treated with such respect and care from the minute I signed in which was immediately to the minute I was brought back to the nurse [REDACTED] she was so kind and then I was brought back 4 xrays .Then I met Dr.Jennings he was so amazing. He understood my pain explained what needed to be done and set me up for surgery which the next day I had a date for .Everyone who needs surgery and is scared to go to a doctor I swear I understand more then you know .I met with a different doctor from [REDACTED] a week before and left in tears .Dr.Jennings and his staff made me feel so safe and Im blessed that I met him .wish me luck with my surgery on [REDACTED] .Thank you Dr.Jennings and his whole staff I greatly appreciate all of you .

Dr. Jennings was warm, friendly, competent and made me feel as if he was genuinely interested in my health and well being.

The pros of my appointment was that everybody helped to get my child in very timely. I was able to get x-rays, M-Stan, orthodontist all in a day, which was great. The things that disappointed me were that my daughter was diagnosed with a muscle tear and was told to be put in a splint and no splint was provided. They said just go get one at a store, which had me go to four different stores to find one that wasn't even the proper one and then I had to order them online, which didn't come for five days. So it just kind of prolonged my daughter's care. So I just wish that if a child is diagnosed with an issue that needs to be braced, that a brace is provided to the child at this time of service. That's all. Thanks.

It was difficult to make the appointment was 21 in line when I called hit 1 after waiting 45 minutes someone did call me back but I missed the call called again was 31 in line hung up -tried the next day was 20 in line hung up -tried the next day was 7 in line was answered in about 15 minutes by a very nice lady who was very helpful hope you are not loosing patients because they can't get through because once you get through everyone is extremely nice

This was by far the best experience we've had with any medical treatment in the past. It could have been a highly stressful experience since my son has never had a fracture or surgery. However, it was quite the opposite because of how amazing each and every staff member treated us. From quick scheduling, zero wait times, and how kind and understanding they were. They made my son feel at ease and comfortable, which in turn made me feel the same. They also called to check on him day of and after the surgery. Not to mention, Dr. Jennings is an absolute legend. I highly recommend Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics and the Advanced Surgical Institute to anyone who needs orthopedic care. I'm very grateful for how well they took care of my son.

I appreciate that Dr. Jennings listens to my concerns and provides feedback about my progress, including the end outcome he foresees for my finger. In March, he performed surgery on my finger for a spiral fracture. I'm pleased with how well the surgery went. His easygoing personality & sense of humor is a plus.

I had difficulty locating the new office. When I contacted the office, the female said that it was located across from the hospital. I drove around with OnStar for about an hour--I had no idea that he was located in the Wellness Center (where I have other doctors).

The only thing I have to say is the location has bad traffic, lol. Everyone there was kind and understanding.

The phone experience is awful. I called for a problem since the appointment and left a call back number and never received a return call. Most important to me is my summary/notes have a ROS-review of systems and that did not occur. No vitals, no touching at all.

I would like to say that you are not getting a new telephone system every month. When you call in it says there will be a delay because of a new system. It has said that for over a year. There is no reason anyone sold have to wait a long time on the phone to talk to someone. It was 100^ better when you could call the individual office abcs speak to someone who knew you personally. This big hub to call into is not patient friendly. Not personalized. Fix it please

Although I was able to get a timely appointment, the actual process of making an appointment is horrible. Online appointment requests are unavailable and trying to get through on the phone is impossible! Requesting a call back doesn't always work, especially if one doesn't have access to a phone ALL DAY! I wasn't happy when Virtua took over Reconstructive Ortho because I'm sick of medical conglomerates. Making an appointment shouldn't be as hard as it is! Thankfully, Dr. Jennings remains on staff and the support staff are wonderful. Even the poor staff working the telephones are pleasant and helpful. Virtua's system, however, is NOT.
