Dr Nolan and the staff were exceptional. They made me feel respected heard. They made sure we understood the process and the EMG procedure before actually doing it. We felt completely comfortable and satisfied with the entire office.

Dr Nolan brings to the profession a knowledge base of looking at the whole person! Listens as well as exams the person. So very much appreciate his perception and suggestions to improve the situation.

The provider explains most of the procedure, however, the patient was taken back because he, when he did see the needle for the EMG, I can't get them confused, EMG, or the neuroconductive sequence, but the needle that goes in the hand, it's like he stabbed me in the hand and I started bleeding. And he picked up a paper towel that had fell off the floor to stop the bleeding, and that is an infection control issue. So I think that is very horrible for a doctor to pick up a paper towel that fell on the floor and put on someone's hand that's bleeding, especially after they punctured my hand so severely that it started bleeding. So that is my main concern.

The visit was on time, Dr Nolan was very knowledgeable and listened to all I said about my issue. Compassionate as well

He acts very human and also puts his patients first! A super knowledgeable physician. He is a very patient Doctor who takes his time with me every time I am in his office. He tells you the way it is! !!Great physician!!!

The doctor was 45 minutes late for my appointment time of 8:30am. Could not get checked out without waiting even though multiple people were not checking anyone out. I was told to get in line behind the person checking out with someone else. And then the doctor never got the results to my orthopedic surgeon on time for my appointment. Even though he assured me the results would be there on time. The whole attitude of everyone was really terrible and not customer friendly at all. Feel free to call me directly even you really care about this survey. Thank You

Dr. Nolan is one of the best doctors I have seen in a long time. His manner is absolutely wonderful, he explains everything to you and he makes you feel very, very comfortable.
