Professional Statement

John Radomski, MD, FACS, is a well-established and highly regarded surgeon who has helped to lead Virtua’s organ transplant program for more than two decades. Dr. Radomski earned his medical degree at Jefferson Medical College and completed his general surgery residency, vascular surgery research fellowship, and transplant surgery fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he also served as chief of the section of liver transplantation. He joined the staff at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in 2002 and has served as chair of the department of surgery, surgical director of liver transplantation, medical director of transplant services, and president of the medical staff. He has served on the faculty of Jefferson Medical College, the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and the Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. He also has been active with the New Jersey Sharing Network, serving as its chief medical director. Dr. Radomski has published research in numerous medical journals, authored textbook chapters, and presented lectures on organ transplantation at conferences. Patients commend Dr. Radomski for his knowledge and caring bedside manner.

    I would recommend somebody to be there. He was very knowledgeable. The bedside manner was great. He listened and replied. So yes, I would definitely recommend him.
