The provider was excellent professional, kind, and courteous. The medical assistant was very cold never made eye contact and I questioned the results of my blood pressure , she needs to be re-educated on how to take someone's blood pressure good thing I don't have a history of high blood pressure

It would be nice if there were wheelchairs available with footrests. It is difficult for someone to hold their legs up so they can be wheeled to the doctor's office. Also, it would be great if handicap parking were readily available to someone who actually needs it.

The staff, as far as nurses, check-in, and the check-out personnel were wonderful. Scheduling was fine. Dr. Galli, however, has been very inconsistent. And this past visit, actually, I've seen him a couple of times kind of joking about my condition and whether or not when I asked if I should have a procedure, said that he would bet three years of his salary that it's not cancer. I did not think that was funny or a joke. When I asked if what were the complications of the procedure, he's like, well, you could die. And then said, just kidding. Didn't think that was a joke. And just very unprofessional, said the F word two times, said that he wasn't looking on his phone. He was looking on his phone at his schedule, but I guess he's like, I'm not effing looking at my football scores. So I didn't think that was very funny. So just very unprofessional.

I was very sick from January until June. I had multiple hospitalizations. I credit Dr. Galli for being right on top of everything that was going on with me and coming up with professional suggestions and any help, and I'm doing 100% better. Dr. Galli is a very kind and caring. He explains everything and has the patience that a client needs. So I was just very, very happy with the way he has been treating me. That's it. I forgot what I'm supposed to do. Okay. I certainly would go back to him again and again and again and recommend him to anybody that has problems like I have.

I am trying the inhaler that was ordered and hoping it wll help my breathing issues .

Tha appointment was at the wrong facility. I was not aware until I got there. The person who made the appointment never told me it was at a different location.

They didn't have anyone to explain the medical issues clearly. They didn't explain any possibilities or what they were going to do with my lungs. Even worse, we left there without understanding what the interpreter was saying. The communication was poor, and they didn't allow for a personal interpreter. The radio transmission was very bad, and we didn't understand anything about why we went there or how we left. Thank you.
