I just wanted to say that Jonelle Allen was very attentive and she even remembered information, personal information about me not pertaining to my health from a year ago. So I thought that was really sweet and she's terrific and I will continue to come back. I've never had a bad experience there.

Front desk staff not too friendly..busy on her cell phone ..back staff great service no complaints...

Jonelle walked into the exam room while I was changing, she did not knock on the door. She apologized and closed the door and waited for me to advise her that I was ready. Her pelvic exam in which she used a speculum was the most painful I have ever experienced. She was aware of how distressed I was and continued the exam. I will NEVER have her examine me again and would never recommend her!
