I just want to say that everything has been handled very well. The reason that I put only a one that I would not recommend them is because I traveled a long distance to get to this office for a special p-surgery that no one in my area was able to provide. And I don't know anybody else that lives in the area of Voorhees or South Jersey. If it was a local place, I would definitely recommend them. Thank you.

All of my surgical care team has treated me with respect & always was there to answer any questions I had.

We thought we were seeing the surgeon who performed the hip surgery. Also, apparently we had an appointment, scheduled at another time, with a sports medicine physician that we did not need. Thankfully, Dr. Smith was able to cancel that appointment.

Every time I have an appointment at Virtua everyone has been top notch. This from the time I check in until the end of the appointment.

My appointment was with Jordan, the physician's assistant for Dr. Peratt. She was very comprehensive, very professional, covered everything that was necessary to be covered regarding my upcoming surgery, and also fielded every question that myself and my wife had regarding the surgery and post-operative care. We would highly recommend joint replacement, orthopedics, and Dr. I'm not afraid

The first answer, the very first one was a mistake. I didn't mean to press one for no. She's been great all the way across the board. I really liked her a lot. She was wonderful and she deserved a 10 straight across the board. And I'm very pleased with her and all of the people that took care of me and doing this procedure and beyond. Nothing but good, very good things to say about you guys. I love you guys.

I made this appointment originally to discuss knee replacement in 2026, but I did not see the surgeon I saw a PA, and while I had an issue to discuss about my knee replacement in 2025, I did not talk to the surgeon , so I'm not sure why this appointment was necessary at all, I now have an appointment in a few weeks with Dr Jain. The last PA is saw prior to this visit was Sean

I cannot begin to say enough positive things about my experience or give a more positive review on everyone involved in my surgery and I want to say a big thank you for squeezing me in to get this kit done so that I can get back to work as soon as possible. I'm an assistant teacher for special needs children. School starts September 2nd. And Dr. Reed and his staff have been diligent in trying to get my surgery done as quickly as possible. And I am so eternally grateful. My experience was unbelievably positive. Thank you.

Everything went well. I still have a couple concerns about some of the medication. I'm taking at the same time. I keep doing as much as I can without doing too much in regards to physical therapy. I seem to know how much weight I can handle it out having an accident, which is not much. My foot swelling has decreased the pit more and it's almost back to normal.

First rate, everyone knows what they are doing and it's run like a fine German car.

This was a followup visit with my doctor for the procedure I had a year ago. Not only did the original procedure go well but the healing process and end result went great. Wonderful doctor and staff. What's not to love!

This was a terrible experience compared to January when I had [REDACTED] give me a shot in my knee and she was wonderful. This girl would not give me the Kenalog shot that I was due for my knee. She didn't care when I told her I was supposed to have Kenalog. She gave me cortisone, which I'm not okay with it. I should have fought her and gone back to the desk and complained, but she didn't. And now my knee is still hurting. It's bad. She didn't get my Kenalog and the girl didn't care at all compared to normally your place is wonderful. I give you a tent and everything, but this time I'm going to be three months in pain because she gave me this cortisone shot and refused to give me the Kenalog and just said, oh, they're all the same and didn't even seem to care. She knew that she does not care and she messed up trying to give me a shot in my left leg, my left knee so that my legs ache

She was helpful, knowledgeable and understanding in helping me through this stage of my recovery.
