I cannot say enough good about the entire staff and team who are affiliated with Dr. Fallon and his office. Whether it is over the phone or in person, I have always been more than satisfied and grateful for their time, attention and professionalism.

Dr Fallon is very knowledgeable and listens, but tends to pose questions two-three times in a visit. My wife and I went as we both use Dr Fallon so we set up a double appointment. Dr Fallon asked me one question 3 times and he asked my wife one question twice. I understand Dr Fallon is older than I am and with age may become a whole host of memory issues. However, Dr Fallon is quick, very quick with his assessments, so fast that I believe he may forget his own questions from just a moment before. If he slowed down a little bit, maybe he wouldn't have to ask questions over and over again

Well, in my opinion, Dr. Joe Fallon is the best. The best, the best. His staff, unfortunately, they change hands a lot, but the people that are there, for the most part, do an exceptional job and have never let me down. So again, primarily, Dr. Fallon, if he went to Antarctica, I would go to Antarctica, have him check me out. So from that perspective, that's how I feel. Thank you.

I was able to get my concerns addressed. I had several instances where insurance companies contacted the office for help with prescriptions and nothing was done. I followed up with phone calls to let them know that Optum Rx or Aetna were trying to contact them. The e-mails and calls went unanswered until I discussed them at my appointment.

You do have to wait to get in to see him. But he is the best! You get what you want for.his scribe was great,everyone was wonderful. I hear horrible things about other endocrines and they need to make sure he has great workers always.

I waited 5 months for my appt but Dr. Fallon was worth it. I've been to other endocrinologist who didn't listen and didn't ask questions or look at possible changes. I finally feel I'm headed in the right direction.
