Always wonderful knowing I am in the right place with the right person.

Only problem I couldn't continued with the treatment because I couldn't drive for the procedure. They have no medical transportation

Yes, I would say the only area that could use some improvement would be the person that was taking my blood pressure. She seemed a bit agitated before she entered the room and was a little bit short with me. But as far as the doctor and the receptionist, they were perfect.

The tattoo who checked me in seemed a little cold and Doctor Savon , who I've been going to for 10 years was somewhat quick and dismissive, and I'm sure part of it has to do with the fact that I brought up a comment my nutritionist made which I can understand him not being happy with, but I just wanted to make sure I shared my holistic macro view of how I'm tackling some of my health issues. It's all good. I'm not mad or anything.

Yes, Dr. Savon was great. He gets five stars. He's a very excellent doctor. I just have one issue about the request he put in for my insurer clear. I just want him to know that I really do need it because I'm having issues with eating, not able to eat what I should. I need nutritional value. The hospital recommended this. And because I'm taking a supplement or a pill to kill the germs from my UTI, the infections, I have to take medicine and it makes me ill and sick and I need some other nutrition to stay healthy. So Dr. Savon has to know that.

Convenient. I am recovering from a year of medical issues and truly appreciate the convenience of visiting a doctor in m home town.

I was rushed out with no paperwork or not, and when I got to LabCorp, I had to go back to the doctor's office and request the paperwork to get the test done, which he told me he was wiring when he should have gave me a copy, too. I don't like being rushed.

It was my first appointment there. Everyone was nice and professional. Any lower scores at this time are due to the distance I had to travel to see a doctor. A gastroenterologist closer to me would be way more convenient. I would also have to travel to Vorhees for a colonoscopy. Very inconvenient. I may have to look for someone outside of the Virtua system.

No one told me that they were sending a prescription to CVS for my prep meds. So I went and bought them OTC. Then I got a notification from CVS that my prescription was ready. So I had to go back to CVS to return what I bought.

I was referred by a friend. I had trouble getting an appointment with my provider at Cooper.

Having moved to New Jersey only a year ago and having never seen Dr. Savon previously, I would not expect him to be completely familiar with my medical history.

The doctor had no bedside manner. The receptionist was okay. She was a little friendly, quite friendly. They weren't really good. He was not good at all when he was discussing the situation. I even asked questions and he got irritated with me asking the questions. Now, it took him six days to read the... finalization on the still samples. And the thing is, is I'm still waiting for him to put through a prescription. And it takes forever and a day to get through to anybody at the office.

I called and said I was going to be late. My husband and I are both VERY handicapped! His office is at the end of the hall. That's after you walk through the whole front of the building to get to the elevators. We got to his office 3 minutes after the 15 minute grace period for being late. She said "wait,I have to ask the Dr.". She came back and said I was going to have to reschedule. I ask her does he know who I am?? She assured me he did. I was very upset! It takes SO much for us to get together and go. So after about 15 minutes she said I could see his practitioner in 45 minutes. I said ok because it takes so much. Meanwhile Dr. Savon walked by and said he would take me. I just think the girls at the desk should use their heads when it comes to that stuff. I was 3 minutes past the time ( of the late time) but clearly I had a problem getting down the hall I told her and the doc it literally took me 7 minutes to walk down the hall.

The doctor was very professional and serious when he treated me. The person who was my interpreter was very attentive and helpful to me because of my age...

From the moment I entered this office I felt comfortable with the atmosphere and with the room temperature in the waiting room. My visit with Dr. Savon was filled with positive information ; with labs that he wanted me to do to pinpoint what needs or might not need to be done. I left the appointment eager to complete the proactive steps that was asked of me during my appointment.

I wasn't told where the location for my colonoscopy. I still don't know

You would think a receptionist for a doctor's office would be schooled in medical insurance and not give patients a hard time. Not knowing what they were doing trying to change a co pay when there is none..The doctor was good ..The reason I went was to schedule a procedure and they were supposed to set it up .Call me the next day still haven't received any message from them.. Don't lie to me saying your going to do something and don't do it ..I guess I am going to have to go somewhere else that has a competent staff and get the medical attention I need

While I was there the fire alarm went off. My nurse showed me to the stairway and stayed with me the entire time we were outside. She kept an eye or me to insure my well being. When it was over she escorted me back to the exam room. She was so professional and actually care that I was ok during the entire event.

Dr. Savon is the best. I trust him. I'm glad he's still practicing. Glad I found him from his previous medical group and now at Virtua.

I was satisfied with the appointment and how I was treated by both the doctor and the staff.

I liked the providers bedside manner and he really listened to me and asked me questions to clarify what I was telling him. He was confident and self-assured which made me feel confident and assured. He was mellow which I liked. He made me feel relaxed and not anxious. He didn't rush me so I was more relaxed and could explained myself easily. I already recommended him to someone for treatment. Yes, he told me I would need a colonoscopy, but then he changed his mind to something else and it had to be sent to me at a more sturdy address. And I gave the lady who closed my, you know, and ended my appointment, my sister's address. So maybe it can get sent there, which is, I have a problem. I haven't got a permanent address right now. So my other sister's place had a flood. and she's in a nursing home and I've been moved around a lot, but my sister lives in Marlton. So hopefully they can get that equipment to me so I can get this thing done that I'm supposed to do. It's similar to a colonoscopy or something like that. So hopefully they can do it.
