Hi, I had a great experience at this office. Everybody was very nice, sweet, and educational. They were able to answer all my questions. My only thing I wanted to bring up is I'm still waiting for a scheduler to call me to schedule my procedure that came out of this appointment. I'm not sure how long I should be waiting for that. But otherwise, everything is great. Thank you.

I knew Dr. Maccarone from when I was a nurse. I came to him after several different diagnoses from 2 urologist. Since I trust him and I don't trust many people, I decided to see him about my condition. I knew that he would be honest with me and not feed me a line of crap. I would recommend him to anyone.

I appreciate the time Dr. Macarrone took to explain the risks of the medications I was prescribed by other doctors, and why the medication he is prescribing will be better for me. I also appreciated him providing me with a trusted website for pelvic floor issues and exercises.

I called and left messages for 4 days and no one called me back. I finally drove to the office to schedule an appointment for my 102 year old mother who is having chronic UTIs and pain Dr Maccarone did not seem to understand or sympathize with my concerns. Very different from our last visit. Felt unsatisfied when we left like he really didn't care

While I ended up not needing the doctor for my specific problem he pointed me in the right direction. I thought he was top notch. I honestly wish my problem could have been solved by him because I'd trust him completely. My problem isn't gyno related more colon related.

I drove over 70 miles to see Dr. Maccarone and it was well worth the trip. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I was made very comfortable. He addressed all my concerns and I left the office very pleased with the care. I will definitely be following up with Dr. Maccarone.

The medical assistant who was shouting something to me as I was using the rest room probably thought she was as at home. I was unable to understand whatever she wanted me to do. A first in my experience of medical appointments.

The waiting area had only one other patient waiting, the receptionist was very nice and friendly, I only waited a few minutes before being called back to be seen, the doctor was great! Everything was as close to perfect as possible. Please keep things the way they are.

Dr Mac makes these appointments as easy for me as possible. He uses whatever necessary to reduce my pain and discomfort. He is always chatty and pleasant and really listens to me and keeps me inform by answering all my questions pleasantly and with kindness- I strongly recommend him

This is my first time seeing Dr Maccarone in the Virtua office on Rte 70 in Cherry Hill. The location is very convenient for me. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the interior of the office is not great, despite being new. The waiting area is cramped and not well set up for reception. There were only 2 doctors there that day, but patients were not able to easily access the check-in desk, nor was it easy for her to see us. A wheelchair-bound patient really had a difficult time maneuvering in the space. When you are taken into the back, the examination rooms are located in a semicircle around an area with staff desks. It was too easy to hear their conversations and comments. I do not like offices with noisy TVs, but this seemed inappropriate.
