It was good!

This was my first visit to Virtua Health and this office and couldn't be more pleased with the attention and care I was given by everyone. I was also pleased to meet Dr. Belgrade who will be preforming my surgery with a special thanks to his assistant Kathleen. Loved that Ney Yak accent...

I think Joseph Belgrade is honest, and has true genuine care for his patients. If I choose to have my hernia repaired it would be through him for sure. He is out for my best interest and we lack Dr.s like him. He is the real deal. His staff was great too.

Dr. Belgrade is absolutely amazing, however I don't think some of my serious concerns were relayed to him when I called several times. I called again 10/30 about the amount of leakage I am having but I have no confidence that the staff will relay my concerns to him.

Everyone was very nice period. I was able to get an appointment very quickly period, very little wait time period. And I wish that there were more of the virtual doctors in Delaware period. I see that they have primary care, just not in Delaware. I would absolutely be interested in that.

Very friendly front desk staff. Easy to schedule the appointment. Surgery scheduler [REDACTED] was easy to work with and very responsive to my needs. Good vibes from Dr. Belgrade (I had never met him before--he was recommended by my gastroenterologist). Thank you.

I trust Belgrade hes been good to me

Well first time I went to the office, they turned me away, because they couldn't verify my insurance, even though they had seen me 2 previous times! I went home and checked with Medacare and my secondary insurance as I was advised by the person at the desk. So 2 hours later at home, both insurance agents said that the problem was on your end. Two days later they called me at home to set up an appointment..... they said that they were able to verify my insurance. When I asked what had happened with my insurance, they dismissed my questions about how they were now able verify my insurance...... so...... None of this, did not reflect nor should it on the doctor .

Everyone was nice and I had a good visit

My mom is 100% disabled and paralyzed from a stroke in 2015. It takes a village to hoyer lift her from bed to wheelchair and schedule special transport for my mom to get to her appointments and your staff was amazing to make sure we got my mom in and out to meet out special transport time pickup! Also, my mom had just been diagnosed with a uti and had just started antibiotics the day before, so her mental status was not the best as she was extremely agitated the day of her visit, but your staff handled her extreme care, kindness and compassion and put my stepdad and myself at ease that is was "okay", because we were a little embarrassed at her outbursts. Thank you for taking wonderful care of my Mom!

Dr. Belgrade is an excellent doctor who was recommended to me by another Doctor in the Wilmington, DE area. Dr. Belgrade puts you immediately at ease when you meet him. He knows his business and when he examines you, you know you are being treated by a very competent doctor. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Belgrade. In my opinion, he is THE man !!
