Everything was great. I got a fast appointment, there was not a long wait, the people in the reception area were very friendly and efficient, the tech who took me to the room was very good and asked appropriate questions, and Dr. Costabile was wonderful.

Dr Costabile explained the healing process for the alif surgery and made me comfortable with the incision and explained how it will change over time. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a vascular surgeon.

When I walked into the office nobody greeted me. One person on the phone was busy the other two ladies did not look up from their computers. I have never hear a TV so loud in an office. I also thought the TV show choice inappropriate. The View was on, which is a controversial show. Most offices have food network or HGTV . Waited an hour, Dr Co st able was very nice . Wasn't crowded but 2 other people and the woman was also complaining how loud the TV was. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. I'm not a complainer but it was bad. I almost asked if they could turn it down but was embarrassed to ask

The intake form on paper was too long. I had just completed it all online and it should be accessed this way and supplemented with verbal questions as appropriate. Otherwise everyone was friendly and the appointment was timely.
