Everyone in the office from the receptionist to the person that checks you in, that takes your weight, every provider that I have dealt with at this particular office is extremely extraordinary. They're very, very special, and I'm thankful that they are part of their team. You are part of my care team.

Dr. Grubb did a really good job of working through a couple things with me. This whole office really did an amazing job making me feel so comfortable and at ease.

I understand sometimes people run late. 15 minutes is acceptable but longer can be a disaster for the doctors as well as the patients that rely on being on time for other appointments.

Front staff for that day was very unprofessional and rude. I never experienced this in this office and I've been coming to this office since 2018. But yeah, the staff that particular day was very rude in the front desk where you said it's working.

Overall, I felt like she listened to me. And I felt like, in a sense, she was kind of rushing through reading my chart a little bit. So we had like a little confusion with which medicine I was on. But overall, I think if she just slowed down a little bit, she will be phenomenal. She has a great personality. She's very personable. You can talk to her and she's, She listens to your questions, which is a plus. Yeah, overall I had a great experience.
