Dr. Shankarpur was really kind and caring and explained things really well. I appreciate for this being the first appointment, him taking me seriously and discussing things and involving me in decision making. He's a kind and doctor who is genuinely caring about the patients. So thanks for the help and the only suggestion I would have is improve the scheduling system. But otherwise, everybody was very nice and helpful in the process. Thank you.

Trying to get a live person on the telephone was very hard and frustrating and hard. I don't do MyChart as it is not easy for me to get into. I no sooner get into it and then it don't aloud me to get back in!! And it took me 4 phone calls to get a call back for an appointment.

Yeah, everybody was really helpful and doctor, he's very special and even the nurse that took my blood pressure and all that stuff, she was real nice and courteous and I'm very impressed with the people in your office. So again, thank you.

The only negative I have to say was that my appointment was at 8 o'clock and I'm assuming the first appointment but no one came in to see me until at least 830

I've been going to this office for several decades now and the staff have always treated me as family.

From the front desk, to nurse, to doctor, and check out desk everyone was very nice and helpful. Always appreciate everyone in the office great people

The doctor was fine but I had to wait almost 45 minutes to be seen. I thought they had forgotten me in the room. The person that weighed and took my pressure was not very friendly and took my pressure while she sat in front of the computer and never asked me any questions. I do not wish to return to this office because I think that when you work with the public you should atleast speak to the person . I did not get an appointment to return.

Dr Justin was great talking to me and my husband about my fall, hospital stays, and everything else. took his time to tell us information we need that we could understand. His staff was very good at their jobs. Great office,

The doctor was very attentive, explained everything to my understanding, answered all of my questions. He was awesome. I rate him a 15, but he don't have a 15, so I'll go with a 10, but he is definitely a 15. Thank you.

My experience overall was excellent

If I could have given Dr. Sciancalepore and his assistant {redacted} (maybe- I think that was her name), if I could have given them higher than a 10 I would have. I do not like drs and they both put me immediately at ease. She was very kind from the minute she led me into the back and Dr. Scaincelopore was so very informative. He explained everything about why I was there and the equipment I was using. I was not rushed and it was a wonderful experience!

All doctors should treat their patients the way my doctor treated me

Every time I go there everyone is extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

Dr. Justin (you spell his last name) is my 4th pulmonoligist I have had.I have been wearing a cpap since around 1990. He is professional, courteous, and most importantly, he listens to his patients. A great asset to your medical staff.

Dr. Sciancalepore beside manner was outstanding. I'm so glad I was recommended by my cardiologist Dr. [REDACTED]. Both great men, treat you with concern and compassion. You don't feel rushed or treated like a number. Doctors do not have the characteristics of these two men anymore. Currently in healthcare is about the money and not the patient. I would highly recommend both doctors.

After multiple visits and expensive co-pays dating back to October of 2024 this doctor neglected to follow up with sleep center about a second sleep study. Rather than telling me on the phone that his office never followed through he unilaterally scheduled another pointless appointment and then blamed his staff for not following up with sleep center. So bottom line is that after multiple visits, a home study, and an overnight sleep center study there is no resolution to my sleep apnea diagnosis. Terrible experience with this provider.
