I am extremely satisfied with the care that I receive from /Dr. Spisak-Mosher. She listens to me and never makes me feel like I should hurry up so that she could get to her next patient. She has never made me feel like I have no say in my care.

Dr. Mosher has worked very patiently with me with my problems of having the MS to get a solution to make me feel better.

Wait time for appointment a little too long.

Every time I come for my appointments with Dr. Spisak, she and the medical team are always very personable, helpful and accommodating. The only slight concern is the front desk staff is not friendly. Smiling, saying, "Hello, welcome, etc." is very important to me. They weren't rude, but they weren't welcoming, either.

Dr.Mosher is always kind and supportive Her nurse tech who checked me in was so so.

Although not impressed with the cordiality of the outside staff, Dr. Spisak-Mosher is a priceless treasure. We will tolerate the mediocre, not quite rude, check in and out registrars.

It is impossible to reach your office Your phone system is terrible I was given an extension and it doesn't work I was trying to reach Dr Mosher medical Assistant and never did

I do not do those recommendations. What i really did not like was the parking lot that surrounded the building; those driveways were like a psych rat maze; it gave feelings of confinement, congestion, confusion, and lurking danger at every intersection corner.

The team working the front desk needs some training on how to properly treat their guests. They all look at one another when they are all free looking for someone else to take care of the people walking in. Make the place more welcoming. It really isn't that challenging. Also not sure why I needed to sign a waiver in order to be seen by a doctor. Of course they don't explain any of that to you. They say just sign it.

I feel like my caregiver, she went above and beyond and she really got to the root of the issue and she really helped me feel comfortable during a difficult time when I really didn't know what was going on. And I appreciate her and everything that she did.

I can honestly say that Dr. Mosher treated me like I was her only patient. If gosh she left I would follow. She Is An Asset To This Company.

My husband was with me on this visit and he was surprised by the amount of time Dr. Mosher spent with us and how she listened to my concerns and recommended another doctor for us to see.

We had a very hard time scheduling with Dr. Mosher right after our very first visit. This recent one was our second visit. She seems fine, but the office, communication, getting back to us was terrible. All right. Thank you. Bye.

Dr Mosher took her time, reviewed my MS history and was very attentive. She went over treatment options and made suggestions. I would definitely recommend Dr Mosher to a person with MS. She also had good things to say about other neurologists in the practice regarding other neurological issues when I asked.

This was a new patient apt. I was thrilled at Dr Spisak-Mosher ability to connect with me so quickly. She is an absolutely gem. She took her time and was extremely thorough. She made me very comfortable and her approach to my many issues was very comforting.

I was happily surprised with how friendly everyone was. I was even happier with the few minute wait before being taken back to a room. Everyone was super nice and no rushed feelings at all.

Dr Justine was very caring and knowledgable. She went over my husbands records and realized that he was not well,She quickly arranged for him to be directly admitted with a room and all within 30 minutes.I am grateful for her kindness and listened to his concerns .Yes I would definatly refer her to my family and friends.

When you have 4 people working behind the counter and you have three people waiting to be checked in. Be kind to those who are waiting. You have no idea what they are going through at the moment. Whatever you are working on can wait till people have been checked in.

Dr. Spisak-Mosher was wonderful. After getting several recommendations, I chose her to be my new neurologist to treat my MS. I was really impressed. She took her time and asked a lot of great questions. I feel like we have a good game plan moving forward. I will see her again in three months.

Dr. MOSHER is excellent. However the office staff there is terrible. Although very personable and nice....they are incompetent...mistake after mistake after mistake.
