Dr Kaur and her staff were great. Professional and kind. Dr Kaur carefully discussed my options and what would come next. This was my first visit to Dr Kaur as I'm getting older and needed to change to a closer place and not drive to my Phila Gyn. So kind of Dr Kaur to call me as soon as she received test results.

Dr. Kaur is phenomenal! I have recommended her to family and friends. She is compassionate, approachable, and knowledgeable. Definitely an asset to Virtua!

I got to this OBGYN appointment early and I don't drive its a hot day! my appointment was at 3:15 I always get there early the front desk was very friendly! nice I got in the room like 3:20pm waited for at least 30-40 minutes I even started whistling cause it took so long just to see the doctor! she did apologize but that was not enough I waited and this was a new appointment, and I was a new patient huh she listened to me a lil bit but I just don't like new technology and since im the patient I wanted what I wanted and its my body! Im a patient that has bleed alot in the past so huh these drs don't listen no matter how many drs I go to! Been going to drs for yrs and I get heard sometime I wish there was a way a drs can really understand what the patient is saying to the drs! We as patients need to be heard not pushed to something we don't want or like! My experience was ok can't say it was great! I disagree with not hearing me out and not understanding me! Its hard enough just coming in and trying to be heard! that is how my experience is not good the wait was long and then she told me to come back for my papsmear which i was ready for even though I could have skipped this appointment and came next year! I went in with a great expectation but came out huh having to make more decisions that I really just don't want to think about right now! huh its not fair and I was early waited for this doctor and was a new patient!

The person at the front desk was amazing, so sweet and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. This was my first time seeing this doctor and she made me feel very safe and comfortable about my upcoming procedure and she cared and stayed until I asked all my questions and she answered them all thoroughly.

Dr. Kaur is the best gynecologist I have had in over 20 years. She is kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She puts me at ease and is so respectful.

The doctor was kind and provided attentive, thorough care. However, the nurse's attitude toward me was deeply unpleasant. She gave me instructions-such as how to put on the medical gown-but she spoke so rapidly, as if she were angry, that I found it off-putting. Furthermore, when I asked her to repeat something, she answered me and then stormed out, slamming the door shut behind her; this behavior was absolutely unacceptable and left me feeling extremely upset.

Great staff and very helpful making less stressful

My visit with Dr Kaur was excellent. She was so kind and considerate. I'm new to Virtua OBGYN and this experience reassured me that I made the right choice in switching. I've never felt so listened to and understood. I look forward to see Dr Kaur and other Virtua providers again.

Dr Karampreet Kaur is very kind and knowledgeable doctor, and she has great professional ethics and was very respectful to in her dealing. And administrative staff at front office was also extremely nice and respectful.

The doctor was amazing. I was treated amazing from the moment that I walked in the door to the moment I left the door. I had a lot of concerns and they were all addressed with my high risk being only a cancer survivor at the age of 32. I had to reschedule with a different doctor, but this doctor was amazing and she well exceeded my expectations. I'm so happy with the practice that I told everyone in my development that they should also go to this GYN office. So thank you so much and I look forward to being in their care.

She said she would call me if there was something wrong and she called me first thing Monday am. (didn't receive test results till Saturday) I felt very comfortable with her.
