I want Katherine Johnston to be my Pa dr. If I need the shot I want her to do it. Also, if I need it again I think I should get a gel shot,it would last longer I heard.thanking u for ur help. Hopefully it will last longer than 3 mths.

I thought the care I received was excellent. Katie was thorough and has scheduled me to go for an ultrasound with another doctor. I will wait to hear the results of the ultrasound sound before I make a decision about returning to {redacted}.

The visit was wonderful. She extremely explained all the details that are needed in a calm and polite manner, left me feeling confident about my surgery.

Everyone is always polite there, including the front desk and the back staff. And they go out of their way to introduce themselves, speak to you, looking right at you, and answering your questions.

Provider was very professional, very efficient, listened to me, and went over what to expect before and after surgery.

I felt like my visit was very rushed and it was more being told the directives than interactive. And just the speed of it and lack of what I felt like lack of patience turned me off about the appointment. I'm hoping that my follow-up surgical visit is not the same.

I told several people that my medication was wrong in the chart and one person rooted it, but it was never changed on my chart, so it still appears incorrect today. So I'd like to have somebody look into that. Thanks.

Katie, the physician's assistant, was wonderful. She took the time and answered all my questions, explained everything. [REDACTED] , the person who led us into the room and greeted us and took care of us before Katie came in, was wonderful. The two girls who worked in x-ray, which I don't know their names, who took my x-rays before I was seen by the PA were absolutely delightful. Couldn't have been nicer. And even the girls at the front desk and the checkout girls were great. So thank you very much.

I have an upcoming surgery and everyone from Virtua, from the schedulers, nurses, lab technicians to PA's and Drs, have been kind, helpful, thorough, and prompt professionals.

Oh yes, the help at the front desk took care of me like they knew me. The woman that I talked to about my knee was really conscious of what was going on. She suggested a lot of different things to me and they seemed to be really working. She was a real good, you know, person to talk to.

Everything about my upcoming surgery was explained to me in detail. Very satisfied with my answer.

So far, so good. My experience to date has been in preparation for my surgery. I hope that goes as well as my experience so far.

I was very impressed with the care that I was giving by the PA, I appreciate it the way she text the doctor and address the issue in a very satisfactory manner, especially since this was only set up the day before.

My experience with the initial visit was FINE; however ; upon returning home that same day I stumbled ( caught toe of my shoe) as I entered my home and did "land "on my "new" knee but managed to control the impact. Not hard -slow motion. We called 911 to help me get up again. The next day I called the nurse director to make sure I did not need to be seen8/7.( I wasn't sure who I should call) I had to leave a message. I still have not heard back. 8/8. In the mean time I had Pt today and all seems to be ok.

Kathy was outstanding. She answered all my questions and clarified some confusion I had about the medications That I was not to take before the operation.

The entire staff was very nice and knowledgeable

They got me an appointment much sooner than I thought I could get one. I filled out all their questions and even paid online before my visit so when I got there that was all done. Visit had minimal waiting and everyone was very efficient and friendly. Very impressive!

I was very impressed with this P.A. I asked her name and she said Katy. I would really like to keep her for my shots. She seemed very knowledgable and conscientious and very caring. I give her my highest rating.

This experience with Virtua has been a ZERO (0). The staff at Pitman and at WT surgical center is rude disrespectful, ill mannered, unaccountable, and entitled. The Virtua group proclaims customer care. All I experienced has been rude ignorance. During my time with Virtua the staff displayed no respect. Virtua has not been on time for any appointments. I waited for the surgery 3 1/2 HOURS! The Anesthesiologist yielded at the OR about me taking BP lisinopril before surgery. Hearing that statement before surgery created an unsettling feeling and concern for my health, welfare, Life! In closing, Virtua show zero professional behavior... But, a Medial GOD syndrome, gross hubris [PHI]

My appointment time was scheduled for 3:15 PM. I did not leave the office till 5PM. I thought that was too much time waiting to be seen. It was later explained by office staff that Thursdays are when all patients who have had recent surgery are seen for aftercare. It seems as if appointments are somewhat over-scheduled. I thought the wait to be seen was entirely too long.

Katy Johnston was very professional and personable. She listened to what I had to say and gave me a good idea how to prepare for my surgery.

Virtua has been wonderful. Everyone knowledgeable, professional, and delightful.

I was treated as a person not just a number. Very caring and professional individuals.

I had a number of questions and felt a bit rushed. Obviously there was a definite agenda and there were a number of times where I felt I couldn't say what n dead to because it would cause deviation from the agenda. Katherine called me a day later to follow up on an issue and I very much appreciated her doing so. She is very personable and competent, but just wish I had more time to before surgery to communicate some of my concerns.

I found Katie to be very, just what I needed at that point in my recovery. I had a bump because I had a really bad rash that was scary. She was just very helpful. She was very gentle and kind and I felt very at ease with her and yes, I would recommend her. I think she's doing a great job.

I've never had a bad experience at Virtua,especially with this orthopedic group. From the folks behind the desk, to the PAs, to the surgeons. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr was not there for my 1 year checkup on right knee. PA handled the exam. I now have to schedule Dr's appointment to talk about left knee. I was hoping to see dr.
