87 year old and have been a patient of Dr [REDACTED] for many many years . Only took this appt because I could not get an appt with Dr R for a long time due to his medical absence. However Katie did a fine job .

I accidentally pressed one instead of the four for the first response. Please let everyone know that I was very pleased with the visit and was treated well because they do all fit me in, even though it took 45 minutes to see anyone. I'm still grateful that I was fit in at that time. Thank you.

The technician was incompetent. It was a good thing her supervisor was in with her or she would have even been worse. She didn't seem to know what she was doing.

My appointment was with Dr. [REDACTED] when you called about my appointment, and I was to go to him on June the 4th. However, he's on paternity leave. So I saw Dr. Dugan, who was his physical assistant or somebody. I can't remember what her title was. But she was very kind to me, very nice, and we did very well. I was disappointed not to see Dr. Dugan, and I couldn't get another appointment with him till sometime in September. So I took his physician assistant, and I think that's what she was called, and she was very, very nice. And I think I got a good report, and I thought she was good. Sorry I couldn't see Dr. [REDACTED]. These doctors now get paternity leave, which of course never happened when I had my babies, but anyhow.
