The entire staff and Dr. Joyce are top notch. Excellent, and I am very comfortable and happy there. The CONSTANT notifications and outreach on the MyChart app is relentless and amazingly annoying, however. But I do not suppose that's the point of this particular exercise. A+ for Healthcare pro's, D for the annoying reminders from the app. You asked.

While I was able to see Dr. Joyce in a timely manner for my first visit, I was unable to secure a follow-up appointment in one month, which is when she wanted to see me again. Instead, I have to wait two months, until March 20. This is concerning to me. I was very pleased by Dr. Joyce's timely response to the message I sent her via MyChart. It turned out the medication she wanted me to continue is no longer covered by my insurance. She replied to my message, and contacted my CVS with a prescription for an alternative medication that is covered by my insurance. I was also pleased that Dr. Joyce requested that a nurse provide me with samples of a few types of continuous glucose monitors, along with instructions as to how to use them. The nurse was knowledgeable and efficient.

Listening to the patient is crucial the patient itself gives the information that leads the provider to find a solution. In my experience I haven't seen any improvement just the improvement that I am doing on my own research. Looking for a provider that would listen to me and not treat me as I am the issue or the reason why

Dr.Joyce is great as a standard medical doctor. My friends and family subscribe to naturopathic medicine. Dr.Joyce (and all doctors) should broaden their therapy avenues and acknowledge and learn about natural healing principles.

This is my third time seeing Doctor Joyce. The first time I met her I felt like she was judgmental about me and was ready to make this my last visit with her. This last visit she was very nice and nonjudgmental she seemed very empathetic and I am keeping her as my endocrinologist. When I made the appointment I was told suite 204 so I was looking for a separate building. I wish they would have said we are in the big building suite 204. Definitely like the new building better. I had made initial appointment using Virtua my chart. The soonest appointment I could get was 4 months. Follow up appointment made during initial appointment was not an issue.

Our provider is the best and she listens and understands us. She tells us the truth and doesn't sugar coat anything. We are grateful for having her as our endocrinologist. :) The registrar people are not so friendly but we can understand days can be hectic. The check out people are very friendly and accommodating with scheduling.

Dr. Joyce is very understanding because I have special circumstances due to my employment. So she not only takes my health into consideration, she also takes that into consideration when coming up with a medical plan. There's nothing to improve. Dr. Joyce is amazing. She listens to me. She looks at my records. She goes through my history. She pays attention to things that may be bothering me, even if they - whether they're minor or whether they're major. She goes above and beyond to make sure that I am well taken care of, that she has to get tests for me just to reassure me. She reassures me of my blood work, to let me know what things are good, what things I can improve on. She does amazing work. I will always recommend her to anybody. If anybody needs an endocrinologist, she is the main person that I would introduce her to. I had - went back and forth with my diabetes with my primary physicians. Well, she is amazing as well, but she's not an endocrinologist, and there are certain medications that did not work for me. Dr. Joyce found exactly what I needed, worked with me.
