I always feel secure when I see my GI doctor. Her treatment for my colitis saved me from taking overdosing steroids.

This was done well. I'm a little concerned about the arrangement for the endoscopy.

The experience with the Dr and staff was impeccable but unfortunately there aren't enough options for treatment. The tests that I need are too expensive and my insurance doesn't cover a large portion of it so as wonderful as the staff is, I won't be continuing to get care because I can't afford it

Dr. Gheysens is not only an amazing G.I. Specialist, but she is a great person who genuinely cares about your health issues. She always listens to your concerns and includes you in any plan regarding monitoring and treatment of your condition. An awesome doctor as well as a caring person!

I felt the provider was completely disinterested and was condescending. Very little eye contact and didn't hear me out. She seemed annoyed and I can't think what I did wrong. I am looking for a different provider. I now understand why she had so much availability on her calendar for scheduling.

The Front Dest Staff went out of there way to open the door to let me in due to the rain since I got dropped of it was Maybe ten minutes early and she also signed me in.

Very fast!

This was my first experience with this doctor and I felt that she did a very professional job and I will continue to go to her if I have any additional problems.

Dr G accommodated my needs (location of procedures and a telehealth visit)). She is succinct and to the point, which I like, very professional and I trust her knowledge and direction.
