The staff were very organized. The facility was clean and appealing. The doctor was very informative, provided thorough information and allowed me to ask questions. I will return if needed.

Dr. Gheysens is not only an amazing G.I. Specialist, but she is a great person who genuinely cares about your health issues. She always listens to your concerns and includes you in any plan regarding monitoring and treatment of your condition. An awesome doctor as well as a caring person!

I felt the provider was completely disinterested and was condescending. Very little eye contact and didn't hear me out. She seemed annoyed and I can't think what I did wrong. I am looking for a different provider. I now understand why she had so much availability on her calendar for scheduling.

The Front Dest Staff went out of there way to open the door to let me in due to the rain since I got dropped of it was Maybe ten minutes early and she also signed me in.

This was my first experience with this doctor and I felt that she did a very professional job and I will continue to go to her if I have any additional problems.

Dr G accommodated my needs (location of procedures and a telehealth visit)). She is succinct and to the point, which I like, very professional and I trust her knowledge and direction.

I was very impressed, but after my appointment record, I just called me back the next day to discuss other options and treatment plan. It said that she had been thinking about it overnight and had some new thoughts and wanted to discuss them with me and I really appreciated that.

Dr. G is the first Dr I've seen that took all my history into consideration when trying to figure my issues. For the first time in a very very long time I feel confident,that she will be able to help me get past my issues. I am very optimistic and thankful.

I just felt like she was too serious. I just didn't seem like we had a good rapport. Even though she answered all my questions and she went above and beyond with getting me testing, I just didn't feel like she was very friendly.

It was a very good experience from the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out.
