Kathleen was the first lady, actually the first doctor, who listened, who knew [PHI] background, who had empathy with [PHI], understood that [PHI] had gone through one year, I stress one year of doctors not knowing anything and really not caring, and not really looking through all of the information that is available over a one year period. So, yes, Kathleen, I would give her the best rating possible, 11.
