Dr Coakley is my favorite doctor....and I've had many having had 23 surgeries in my lifetime! She has the greatest personality, is friendly, very empathetic and of course extremely competent. She's done two surgeries on me and both times I had the utmost confidence in her! I knew and still know I'm in good hands with her.

I had a very good experience for the first time with Dr. Coakley. She was sweet. She was kind. She allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to, and she answered them thoroughly. In fact, when we were all finished with the visit, after I had checked out, I realized that there was one other thing that I needed to ask her that I forgot and she at At the front desk, they went to go get her to ask her the question and she actually came out and answered it for me. So I have absolutely no complaints. I felt very comfortable with her. She's going to be my surgeon and I feel very confident that she's going to do a good job.

First time that I have reviewed doctors on the web based on their ratings. For my hernia operation many sites pointed to Dr Coakley and my primary also confirmed that she is very good. My surgery is in 2 weeks and so far the process has been excellent. Initial meeting with the Dr was great, on time and not rushed. Follow ups and communication from the supporting staff have also been very good.

Dr. Coakley and her team have been amazing! I feel that they have gone above and beyond in their care. While in the hospital, Dr. Coakley and her staff checked in on me frequently and made sure that I was okay. Follow up visits have been easy. Her office staff is pleasant and welcoming. I have never waited for more than 2 minutes when arriving for an appointment. I have been extremely happy with the care that I received.

Even scheduling was easy and accommodating my specific needs.

My appt lasted all of 10 minutes and I was in the office for over an hour. I received a very late apology for the "wait" from only the doctor. While the staff was not rude, my experience and wait time was not great, I was 2 minutes from walking out before the doc came in. Very annoyed.

Hi, my name is [PHI]. I had Ms. Coakley, Dr. Coakley, as my doctor. She made me feel like my situation was hopeless, that she would not even consider doing anything for me until I lost at least 75 pounds. So there was no point in me even trying to fix my hernia. She made me feel uncomfortable in my situation. I would not recommend this person to any living soul.
