Today's experience was fine but as for the surgery & rehab I felt like I was in a meat market as compared to my experience with other surgeons and hospitals. I would NOT recommend!

Everyone was very understanding with regard to my situation. The only thing is that I am still very concerned about the healing process due to what I perceive as a painful process. Time will tell.

All 3 of the practitioners who helped me were so pleasant, reassuring and informative. They communicated clearly and thoroughly (and in human speak!). I was put at ease and all of my questions were answered, including the ones I didn't originally know enough about to ask. Really full and complete information was given. Kelly is brilliant and sweet

Very happy with my experience at Virtua Reconstructive

I was very disappointed in the x-ray technician who mixed up my x-rays from my left leg, my left knee to my right knee. And Kelly noticed that and she went and talked to the technician to have that corrected.

Took 2 days and over 2 hours to try to schedule an appointment. That was extremely disappointing

Staff is good

Kelly very thoroughly went through all the necessary steps and discussion for prepping for upcoming surgery not only physically, but mentally as well. I am at ease looking forward to my total knee replacement.
