She did not treat me with respect, care, compassion, or any of that. She didn't really address my concerns and she didn't seem apt to care because she had the flu that day and didn't want to work and she ended up providing me with even worse care that actually was more detrimental to me than helpful.

The video issues & hearing were on my end, not Kelly's. I'm currently homeless & placed in a hotel with horrible wifi. Otherwise, Kelly is awesome. Please know, all the issues were on my end. Thank you!

Kelly Paglione is the reason I came to Virtua Endocrinology. She was my PA at Virtua GP

The only thing that I wasn't happy with regarding my appointment was, as I'm walking into the lobby at 2:15pm, I receive a phone call that my provider is running 45 mins behind. I had no issue with waiting 45 mins. But when it's been almost 1 1/2 hrs past my appt time and I still haven't been seen yet and no one is in the waiting room, that's when I started to lose my patience. My provider is very good and thorough but there is no reason for a patient to have to wait that long to be seen.

I would like to comment on two things. My doctor was thorough and took her time even though she was very late. I'm not complaining. I'm complimenting her. To stay focused when under pressure is tough. The second item has nothing to do with the doctor but with the office and the hospital. It took me at least 15 minute to find a parking space. I was very far from the building and literally had to follow someone to their car to get their parking spot to be 15 minutes late to my appointment. When I walked into the office late the first thing I heard was "you are 15 minutes late and we may not be able to see you. I got very angry but contained myself. Maybe the hospital should think about this. After checking in I found that the doctor was running late (1-1/2 hours) right after I was told they may not take me because I was 15 minutes late. Really... Second item is the parking for older/disabled people (which is not me). I know things are costly but some people will need help from the far away parking spaces. The handicapped spaces were full and people were walking who should not have been walking by themselves for their health and for their safety. I never wrote something like this before to an institution. I was put off from the cold greeting at the doctors and am worried about other people making it safely to their doctors. Maybe someone can do something about it. Thanks for listening.

I was there early and was sitting in the room waiting for about an half an hour for the nurse practitioner to come in and still haven't got notified that my prescriptions have been renewed.

Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Kelly was great. She was friendly and knew my history. She went over everything with me and gave me some great suggestions on ways to lower my sugar. Overall was a great experience from check-in to check-out.

I just had to make a comment because Kelly Paglion was excellent. She went above and beyond to help me out. I was leaving for a cruise and my doctor went concierge and she found me a virtua doctor that would see me before the cruise to get me motion sickness medication and she really didn't have to do that. She was so wonderful and she explained so much to me about my possible upcoming surgery and I just couldn't be more thrilled to have met her. So I want to say thank you and she was excellent and I will tell everyone, bye. Thanks.

Kelly was very pleasant to talk to. She answered all our questions. She offered a short cut to visit the office next time by parking in lot D. Once I was done she helped by opening & holding the door since I was in a wheel chair. She walked with us to check out & even manually opened the door out of the waiting room. She was professional but very caring. It was truly a feel good experience. She gave very helpful advice relating to her own elderly parents. She has a gift in dealing with her patients to make them feel at ease.

I love how thorough Kelly is in my plan of care. I have been seen here before and not really felt heard and rushed by a diffedent doctor. Kelly also promotes what I can personally control to make my health better.

This was my first visit with ms.Paglione she was very professional and knowledgeable and provided me with good advice so I appreciate her.

I didn't catch the MA name, but I want her to know I will be forever greatfull for showing me compassion! I just got off a plane and happened to get my period. She made sure I got supplies and made me feel extremely comfortable. She is a kind human and you guys are blessed to have her. She is also very knowledgeable of her craft!

PA KELLY Won't recommend her to anyone who cares about their health. She doesn't care about your time, your feelings, your concerns. Rude, doesn't listen, not for that office. Dr. [REDACTED] is great but Kelly shouldn't be her assistant. People who check you in front desk crew are rude and unprofessional.

I really love Dr. Kelly Paglione. I wouldn't leave her for anybody. She's the bestest, anybody.
