I came to the Doctor on a sick visit. My main reason for coming was not taken seriously. The doctor chose to focus on another medical issue.

This provider was covering for my doctor. He was familiar with information related to reason for my visit.

The doctors office, waiting room, is a very comfortable environment, and very clean, and the staff is very nice with greetings upon arrival and departure

I found that Dr. Barreto was very good, listened to me, answered my questions, and provided the medication I needed. Also, the staff did very well too.

Dr did not address my health issues to my satisfaction, made notes on visit summary THAT WHERE NOT talked about , asked for written script after he told me meds where covered found out that was not true, would not issue ADVAIR written script so I could find best cash price, without medication 3 days after visit, asked for phone call when he was there all day Oct 2nd did NOT call as requested waited 5 hours, nothing Will go to Cooper for new doctor if someone does contact me today Oct 3rd

The doctor who I had never seen previously was well informed on my history and his recommendations were positive answers. I felt very encouraged by his knowledge. Also he was quite personable.

My experience was incredible! The doctor was very compassionate and knowledgeable and all the office staff were friendly and kind. I highly recommend the office!!

Awsome! Best Primary doctor I have ever had!

I have had issues getting refills on my anxiety and weight loss medications asking the office 4 times once my pharmacy contacted the office second I called the office and was told I had to come in for a weigh in. I was told at the end of the third attempt (being the in office visit) that the script was put through. I had to call a fourth time as my pharmacy never received the script for my anxiety medication or my weightloss medication.

I was satisfied with my care until I noticed that my request for the prayers which was ordered if needed, states right hand only when the major issue that visit is on my left index finger and different than what is on my right palm. I also noticed in my chart records, errors, stating, no chills, no itching, etc. I was not asked, forgot to mention but would have if asked.

I counted it a plus to have a medical student play a role in my office visit. I feel that I played a very small but satisfying role as he works to complete his medical degree. Dr. Barretto was his usual thorough, informative and helpful self. Kudos too to Janiyah, always pleasant and efficient.

Dr. Barretto is a good doctor. He always listens to me and pays attention and he gives me good care.
