Each time I see the Dr he goes faster than the last & it's hard to tell he heard everything important. I try to bring notes so I don't waste time. But, that seems to be all the in-demand doctors in the field right now. They are spread real thin.

Wonderful appointment - I felt very well cared for at this doctor's office. I was checked in by [REDACTED]- who was efficient and helpful. I liked that she recommended which end of the waiting room to sit at so I'd be closest to the door from which I was called. Next, I was taken to an exam room by [REDACTED], the doctor's assistant. [REDACTED]thoroughly reviewed my online chart info with me, asked me clarifying questions, and let me know the doctor was running late. During the wait, she came back to check on me twice and each time she asked if I needed anything. I appreciated that she kept me informed and apologize for the wait. She definitely made me feel like the office valued my time. Even though Dr. El-Badawi was having a very busy day and running late, when he did arrive at my appointment, I never felt rushed. Just like his staff, he was kind, caring, and attentive. He patiently answered my questions and he even provided a hand out with "at a glance" guidance to help me more easily track my fiber intake. I will highly recommend this practice to all of my friends and family. Thank you for making me feel like such a valued patient.

I was hesitant to come back bc of a prior experience but I've always loved my Virtua doctors. I tried another Dr and I like him and trust his opinion a lot.

Dr Elbadawi is awesome. He is a very caring and dedicated physician. He always takes the time to listen .He has done all of my surgeries, as well as my portacath insertion and removal. His kind and sensitive demeanor always puts me at ease. The staff in both the Voorhees and mt laurel colorectal offices deserve a thank you for their professionalism and kindness.

It was a great experience that addressed all my issues.

I had two appointments back-to-back. The in-person was great. The next day, the telehealth would not connect properly and the people in the office were not helpful at all. I couldn't connect through the MyChart and then the after Ours people tried to help the best they could. Dr. El-Badawi was wonderful. He called me back on his own time on the phone after hours about 5.30 and he answered all my questions and everything and explained to me. So he was great.

Everyone was wonderful. I thought everyone cared and that mattered. So, thank you.

My mom and I drive all the way from Jersey city just to see Dr. El-Badawi. I've taken my mom to several Proctologists in my area and they all scared her off and never seemed to care about her anxiety when it came to her condition. Dr. El-Badwai does an amazing job taking care of my mother, reassuring her many times, and providing the best patient care we've ever experienced.

Dr. El-Badawi goes above and beyond any other doctor. He is so nice and caring and gentle. Always explains everything to you so you understand. The staff is also great. His assistant was down to earth and kept me relaxed during my visit. Love this practice. Having my second surgery by him.

From the moment I walked in until I left I felt cared for and not embarrassed for the situation I needed to be seen. It truly helps when not only the doctor but staff are kind caring and awesome. Outstanding care

Dr. E was fantastic and his assistant [REDACTED]. The Dr. called me that evening to go over his conversation with Dr [REDACTED]. I was available when he did as requested I called the next day and requested a call back with the triage nurse. It will be 96 hours as of Monday and no response. This morning I called again and was connected to his secretary and I left her a message. I know that it takes at least 24 hours to respond and I believe I'll hear on Monday. The only complaint is that if you have people on call if you're not going to call back when you state you are then say, we will call you when we can. It's good it's not a life threatening item. And on a positive note, overall I would recommend the entire staff that I meet and dealt with and spoke to in setting up my appointment.
