PA was very knowledgeable, understanding and explained everything to me. Slight problem checking out regarding insurance. Hopefully that will be resolved.

I saw this Provider first time but the care I received was out of the world, I'm so impressed with the care I received from the Provider, Provider was fully prepared knew my complete medical history, listened to my concerns very carefully. I really appreciate the care that I received from this Provider.

Initial person who registered me on arrival seemed more interested in other things than registering me. Was very curt when speaking to me. Everyone else very pleasant

On the sixth question, I accidentally pressed one, it should have been a four. Or it could be the question six or question seven. I accidentally hit the one on my ear. It should have been a four. Everybody treated me well. Thank you.

This office was very clean and organized nicely.I found that the dr's nurses and all the staff were friendly nice and easy to speak to
