Hi, your front office staff have no personality. They need to learn to smile, to talk, to engage. I used to like Kim, but now when I see her the last two times, it's been she stares at the computer and doesn't look at me, and I feel like I'm just talking to a machine. I understand computers are important. I understand she's got to write everything down. But I am not going to keep seeing somebody that friggin' sits there just staring at the computer.

The doctor, the nurse, they were awesome. Unfortunately, it was the receptionist. I guess it was because it was the end of the day, but you could barely see her behind the computer, and actually there was a sign that said, go to the next window, and there was nobody in the other windows. So yeah, unless she was drained, because it was the end of the day, it was already past six. I noticed that she was tired, that she was exhausted, unless that's her way of being. But the nurse and the doctor, spectacular.

Dr. Kim was so kind, considerate and caring about my well being and health it feels so very comforting in knowing I have a new doctor as my care provider that makes me feel so safe in her caring for me after my doctor retired I am so Blessed to have Dr. Kim I trust her completely as my care provider.

I didn't even have my heart checked. There was no stethoscope used. I felt like I was just there having a conversation. None of the things that I normally would have checked on my physical were done, not even my glands, not my ears, not anything. And then they didn't even check my heartbeat. My father lived 10, 12 more years because they checked his heart when he went for his physical and he had to get a bypass, triple bypass surgery. So I really felt some kind of way that it was just so blatant conversation and not checking anything that you normally get checked at a physical.

The scheduling system is terrible. I made my appointment three times as I kept getting called to make rescheduled appointments as doctors were taking off. I understand it's summer and there's warm weather and everybody wants to be out of the office and on the beach, but it just felt like nobody wanted to help me. And when I would call in to reschedule these appointments that day canceled on me. It really didn't seem like the staff members who answered the phone cared too much about the situation. I took off many days of work to get my physical done. And unfortunately, I don't think that I would be coming back to Virtua.

Everyone here was incredibly friendly & kind, and i felt listened to, especially by my provider, Dr. Kimberly! i'm so happy with my choice of meeting with her. My only somewhat "negative" experience was with the woman at the front desk who seemed a bit disinterested and not engaged, and kind of made me feel like an inconvenience. I didn't let that affect my visit though, as I get that working in healthcare can be stressful, so no worries!

I was fortunate to have had an appointment with her. My primary Care Physician was not available and I was severely congested. The medications she prescribed have given me tremendous relief.

Dr. Lindblam was excellent, she listened to my problems, took tests on the spot and gave me a course of treatment that was effective and adressed the problem. In all cases she was professional courteous knowledgeable. I am happy to say that the course of treatment has been effective.

The receptionist nursing staff and doctor Kim did an amazing job, they made me feel welcome and were so kind and patient, I haven't had this type of overall possible experience at a doctors office before. Both myself and my husband have had negative experiences with the regular MD. Only went to office again because it's a pain to switch. I was very impressed with the NP I saw. So much so that i convinced my husband to see her. The office staff is nice and this provider was great. As of now, because of her, I plan to continue to use this office. She is a huge improvement.
