Wonderful Dr.Ni was great

I had been a patient of one of the doctors that is no longer there. She was my primary care physician for 20+ years. I never thought I would be able to find someone to replace her but before she left, she recommended that I see Dr. Ni I travel 45 minutes to this practice and hope I never have to change.

Dr. Ni is an excellent physician who listens to her patients concerns and questions.

I am a new patient and was very pleased with my first encounter with Dr. Ni and the Virtua staff!

It was a good experience for being a first time patient

Too many reminders sent through My Chart. My Chart also contacts my husband about my appointment which is annoying and unnecessary.

Dr. Ni is a wonderful, caring and compassionate physician. She listens and talks with me about all my health concerns and has helped me to get the help I needed. The staff at Virtua is amazing they are always there to help you.

Always kind and care

This was my first experience with Virtua Medford. I just changed insurance, I felt it was a good time to change providers. At least after my first visit I made a great choice.

Dr. Ni is an amazing doctor. She listens carefully to my concerns and made recommendations based on our discussions. She is extremely knowledgeable. She truly cares and I never felt rushed.

She is extra special. She always listens. She always talks with you discusses things suggest things. I like her very much. I recommended her to my daughter. She always takes her time with you and still remains on time.

Always a professional experience

Hi, I need the doctor, Dr. Kimberly, need to authorize the prescription. She put the prescription in, but they need to be, it needs to be authorized. For some reason, it's not going through. She has to do it again. And I need that because I haven't been able to get the prescription. And I need to get it. Thank you so much. Bye.

Dr. Ni is simply the best doctor I think I've ever had. She is just wonderful and I'm so glad I have found her. Thank you, Virtua.

There was an older nse there who is Not friendly, No compassion r empathy towards this pt (me-[PHI]). In fact she should retire as she is a very bad representative of a caring nse! I am a retired RN after 50 + yrs so I've seen alot. She does not have the qualities of a kind, caring, compassionate, emphatic nse! She would cause upset w pts that would come in contact w her during any nse/Dr procedure as she caused me when I was there seeing Dr Ni whom I love as she is so kind n caring. Comfortable and caring environment

Had to reschedule the Medicare wellness visit as it was not set up 365 days from my last visit. This appointment was set up by staff at my prior appointment. It did cause inconvience as my wife took off work to attend that appointment that now had to be cancelled.

It is very convenient to have a telehealth visit.

I was disappointed that I was forced to use a credit card to pay my copay. I could not complete the check in process and pay with a check or be billed.

Dr Ni is always patient, caring, understanding, and thorough. I love her! Ten stars for being patient with my predicament while still giving me amazing attention and care!

Always pleasant

I'm not happy with this doctors approach to my issues. She is always pushing another medication and when I resist her attitude toward me changes. On more occasions than one she has been annoyed when I say I'm not interested in taking pills. I try to consider my kidneys that are compromised in my decision. I don't want to take pills just for the sake of taking something that might address one problem but cause another problem. In my opinion Dr. Ni is not a geriatric doctor. Her office asked me to have my blood work rechecked after I went off Celebrex. Which I did. I tried to bring the new results up in conversation to no avail. She ignored me. I know I'm not a doctor but I do my research. The medicine she wanted me to take was for blood sugar control. The specific side effects were kidney damage. I see a Hematologist for my low blood levels and he monitors my kidney functions. I see a Gastroenterologist and he monitors by low iron levels. I see a Cardiologist and he monitors my heart functions. I think Dr. Ni needs to contact those doctors and come up with a comprehensive plan for me. I'm not going to take Jardiance or any other medication without consulting these specialists. So to answer your question, my experience with Dr. Ni has not been good.

I asked Dr Ni for a refill scrip for Meclizine HCL but 4 days later neither my mail order pharmacy nor my local CVS had received the order.

Must of had my medical history mixed up with someone else heard things that didn't exist also told me I was getting a vaccine but the nurse told me they didn't have it

I'm very pleased with Virtua, with Dr. Ni and her staff. The front desk people are very polite, very helpful. It's a great place to be when you need a doctor. Thank you.

Dr. Ni is an absolutely wonderful doctor.

I would love to switch my provider to her if I could. She wasn't my primary but worked in the same office and I've been looking to leave my current primary for some time now. I was going to go to a whole new facility but if I was able to switch to this provider, I'd stay. That's how much I liked her.

Dr. Ni is a wonderful doctor. She listens, she is astute, she understands her patients, and she has a kindness, a bedside manner that is wonderful. Her staff is also wonderful. Lisa, her, I don't know if it's assistant, her nurse, whatever you want to call her, is kind, compassionate, and very thorough. I have recommended this practice to many people.

Support staff and front desk seemed unhappy and disinterested. And I had one of the first appointments of the day but yet still had to wait 30 minutes.

The chairs in the registration area are too low for elderly people with arthritis or joint problems. The chairs in the physician waiting area are somewhat better.

Overall it was a good experience

Concerned that my physician only read impression of report and there was a contradiction within the reading in the body of the report. My report needed to be reread by the radiologist Also ordering lab work that another physician had ordered that was in My Chart resulted.

I'm moving from another state and finding new doctors was an overwhelming task. I have been VERY pleased in my experience with all the Virtua doctors. Dr. Ni was amazing. She didn't rush. She answered ALL my questions, was very knowledgeable, and had a great plan for treatment going forward. I'm happy she will be my primary care doctor in my new home city.

I was disappointed that she wouldn't prescribe a higher dose of celebrexib which I had been on at an earlier date for my constant knee pain. I know she had her reasons. I am now going to go to a pain therapy doctor with hopes that he will help with my chronic daily pain.
