If I did not like the doctor, if I did not like how my treatment was made, I would not go back for continuous appointments. Therefore, if I'm not happy, then I will notify you. It was very difficult to get an appointment and the offerings for appointments were very limited and not convenient.

Dr. Sanborn helped me with my pain level and also instructed me in a exercise to improve my strength in the trouble area.

I wish her schedule wasn't so full, I really would like to see her every 2 weeks but I have to wait almost a month to get another appointment, then a month for the next appointment. As for the doctor I was very impressed with her and her care, looking forward to seeing her again.

The lack of appointments and availability is really frustrating, especially in a place where it's supposed to be pain management with people in pain. You can't get appointments in any good amount of time. If I need to come in because I'm having an issue and I'm in a lot of pain, I can't do that. There's only one doctor that does injections. There's only Dr. Shanborn really that does the therapy. So it's really, really frustrating. It's something that needs to be addressed.

My doctor was very good at what she does and very good at getting the pressure points on my back and the point where she couldn't touch me, where I hurt so bad. She did it so that it would feel so much better. When I left, I always feel good. Even though I'm in extreme pain and I've gotten hurt, I've had five falls, I still felt better when I left there. She's very gentle and very caring about what she does. Very good at her job. I loved her. I wouldn't go to nobody else. I love her.

The front staff was super professional, really nice and welcoming. Dr. Sanborn was great during our first patient visit. She went over all of my concerns and addressed them all and set up a really good plan of care for my follow-up visits.

Yes, Kirstin is great. When I leave there, I actually feel amazing and not in any pain. Unfortunately, it doesn't stick, but that's my body. Scheduling is a bit harder, getting in there on convenient times for me. The clerical staff is fine, but they're not always the most helpful. The one took my name and number the last time I was there last week and was supposed to call me back to schedule with another provider at Rowan, and I never received a phone call. So now it's on me to follow up Um, yet again, so that kind of stuff I don't appreciate just, you know, but, um, and obviously scheduling, I wish was a tiny bit easier based on work hours. But overall, Kirstin, and even the medical students who come in with her, um, are really nice and really good and really want to learn. And I appreciate all their time. Thank you.

Dr. Sanborn is an incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient provider. She was very gentle with my two-year-old, asking my two-year-old if she was okay with being touched and gentle and listening and following her cues to make sure the two-year-old was comfortable. And she was very knowledgeable and gentle and kind and amazing.

Yes, I just wanted to say Kirsten Sanborn is very friendly knowledgeable she explains everything going through the process. She is absolutely amazing. The only thing that I could ask is you make three more for which is impossible. So, um, yeah, you guys are doing great. I appreciate everything you do for me. Thank you so much.
