Dr McCullen is awesome! I feel very confident that she has the most up-to-date knowledge and considers my history when devising a plan of care, which I feel included. I feel safe in her hands. I discovered this practice through word-of-mouth and I understand why everyone loves it here. Dr. McCullen has really listened to all my menopausal concerns. And she has treated me effectively. She listens, is respectful, and intelligent and at the top of her game! Absolutely wonderful, and the office staff and medical assistants are wonderful as well!

I was rescheduled THREE times because Virtua as an organization decided to cancel her patients so she could be in the hospital more. That's unacceptable. To blatantly choose money over profit with zero consideration is why our healthcare system is trash.

I can't say enough about Dr.McCullen and how she treats me and my 4 daughters as her patients. She is compassionate, caring and takes her time to listen and absolutely does not dismiss your symptoms, especially as it could be easy to do in menopausal women. She is the best and has a wonderful sense of humor and is an excellent doctor. Having 4 daughters ages 16-23, I am so glad they are all comfortable with Dr. McCullen and know they can reach out to her with any questions or concerns. I am grateful to have her as part of my care team, and I recommend her to anyone I know who is looking for a new OB/GYN.

I had such an amazing experience with Dr McCullen and I would genuinely recommend her to anyone in need of an OB/GYN. SHE IS SO AMAZING.

The office staff and Dr. McCullen are great. The problem is the Virtua system. Trying to make an appointment is an ordeal. Rather than talking to someone in the office directly, we now have to go through a Patient Navigator. There is ALWAYS a wait to talk to a person. (I don't want a call back because I am calling when it is convenient for me, a call back may not be). The Patient Navigator gave misinformation--telling me Medicare would only pay for an office visit every 2 years--not correct--I had to send a note through the patient portal and finally was able to talk to someone in the office to schedule my appointment. This is so inefficient--both for me and the office since we end up having to talk to each other anyway. I have had similar experiences trying to schedule appointments with my other Virtua doctors. Why don't you let patients schedule appointments directly with their doctor's office?

Really like to come to this office and see Dr. McCullen.

Dr. McCullen is fantastic. Her bedside manner is beyond any physician I've dealt with. She's very knowledgeable. She made me comfortable, which is important to me. My only issue is the scheduling system. You call into a call center and they don't have access to emergency sick appointments in the physician's calendar. So I had to be smart about it. and call and ask to be connected to somebody in the office and then somebody called me back. The scheduling is not the best, but the provider is worth the bad scheduling system. She is excellent. Thank you.

I love Dr. Mccullen. She not only provides great care, she talks to you like a friend by asking about family, work, etc. I wish more doctors were like her.

In addition to my daughter, my wife has been seeing Dr Mccullen for over a decade. There is no other physician I would ever trust more than her. As a physician and surgeon myself, I do not say this lightly. Besides her remarkable mastery of her field, she has the most compassionate and caring bedside manner of any of my colleagues I have ever known. Virtua is lucky to have her and I would (and have) recommended her to dozens of my friends and colleagues over the years.

The woman at the front desk who was a staff member at the OBGYN hammonton clinic was extremely rude to me. She spoke down to me as if I had no common sense. Her tone was demeaning. I also work in healthcare and I would never treat a patient with such insincerity. With this being my first experience at virtua and a new mother it was very off putting and did not make my experience welcoming. I will provide the name of this staff member once I go back for my next visit. My husband and I were not rude at all and even held it together although we were treated so wrong by this particular staff member. When I had extra questions she pushed it off and kept stating just to call my insurance because they do not deal with that at this office. There is a certain way to answer a patients questions and with a warming tone and this was not provided by this staff member what so ever. Every staff member after this individual was well mannered and extremely nice to us, but when you are greeted at the front desk with an attitude and such a tone as hers then it ruins your experience from the second you walk in. We held our composure because we would never treat any individual this way but we would like if someone could please speak to this individual to be able to provide other patients with a warm welcoming and caring customer service.

This is a wonderful office. All the people there are terrific. Kristen is fantastic and I travel 45 minutes for this appointment because I like the staff and I love the doctor. Thank you.

I called the following day to have the doctor add one more item to an ultrasound. It was pelvic and I wanted the abdomen added. I never got through to the office and was in the Virtua Health phone system. It took inordinately long for the person to take down my simple message. She seemed challenged. I went for the ultrasound and the radiology department said they never got the additional script. I also never heard from the doctor. I would like to utilize a doctor who has staff present IN THE OFFICE to answer the phone and relay questions to the doctor.

Dr McCullen was my 6th OB I had seen over 2 1/2 years - she is the ONLY one who truly listened and acknowledged how I was feeling.

The ultrasound tech that informed me there was no fetal cardiac activity was very stoic, cold, and uncaring. She delivered the news abruptly and very nonchalantly as if it was no big deal. I found this experience to be traumatizing and hurtful. When I had the opportunity to talk to the doctor, she seemed a bit more caring but the damage was already done. I feel that there should have been more urgency to support me with getting the D&E because the way the clinical notes are written it is as if I had a choice in the course of treatment when the doctor recommended the D&E because of my history of fibroids and a previous miscarriage in July 2024 which resulted in a hemorrhage. I felt that I received care that was dismissive and cold.
