I so enjoyed my visit, my post-op visit with Kristen. She was so knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail to me, explained to me why I would feel pain, explained everything so that I feel like I am healing and I am on the right track and I definitely had the right surgeon. She reassured me that my surgery went superbly well and I just really feel confident about everything to do with reconstructive orthopedics. She was extremely helpful and I appreciate her very much, Kristen. She was great. Thank you.

The doctor too the time to give me exercises that will strengthen my muscles before I go into surgery. She was brilliant!

This was my first visit with Kristen (I have seen other PA's at both this office and Voorhees). She is my favorite. She spent a lot of time with me, talked through options and made me feel really comfortable through an uncomfortable injection procedure. I felt listened to and that she cared about my wellbeing not just my knee pain. I will definitely try and make future appointments with her.

I was in the waiting room for approximately 1and 1/2 hrs before after I was seen. This as after my scheduled appointment time.

Kristen was wonderful and just as friendly, professional and compassionate as I remember her. She listens to you and always provides great feedback for your care. She is top notch! The only downside is always the wait time for appointments both to try to make one and also sitting waiting long after scheduled appointment time.

Kristen was very thorough in her examination and answered all my questions. She even offered guidance and an exercise to help me straighten my operative leg. She's very attentive and an asset to your team.

From the moment you walk into the lobby, you are treated in a professional and friendly manner. The only issue us I experienced was not with a person; the front desk thanked me for doing my online check in, but in the meeting with [REDACTED] the nurse, none of the changes I made with on-line check in were in my record. [REDACTED] and I reviewed and updated, but my time at home was not productive.

The PA that saw me took much time explaining the surgery and why I still am experiencing pain. Instead of just giving me a sheet of exercises to do, she had me do each exercise so I understood how to do them. She is a gem!

Kristen was incredibly helpful, giving me much more information that I did not receive last year. I feel much better going into this knee replacement surgery. This time around, thanks to her great information and care.
