NP Kristin Dick is a Absolutely Fantastic Nurse Practitioner

MY VISITS ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT.

My only complaint is the parking situation at that building. I am handicapped but you can never get a handicap parking spot there. I know they have vallet parking but no one drives my car but me. Plus the walk from the door to the office is a killer for us old people. I preferred the old building they were in.

I'm feeling much better although sugar levels are fluxing with different foods I'm getting used to which do I can be enough

Dr. Dick is by far the best doctor I've ever encountered. She is very thorough and explains everything in Laymans terms so that I can understand what she's talking about. She is one of the only doctors that I know that is punctual when it comes to needing the appointments for the patients. I highly highly recommend Dr. Dick in this location absolutely amazing people thank you so much.

She was very knowledgeable about my medical issues and was VERY personable and has a great sense of humor. I felt extremely comfortable.

Kristin's outgoing personality is a breath of fresh air! During my appointment we discussed the results of my recent lab work and current medications. She was pleased with my progress and very interested in how I was feeling . I felt very comfortable asking her questions and discussing my concerns. More people in the health field should have Kristin's people skills !

I found the practice to be incredibly professional, efficient, and satisfying in dealing with my needs. In terms of Kristin herself, she seems to be an extremely well-versed and very, very sympathetic provider. I am certainly glad that I had the opportunity to work with her, and I look forward to working with her increasingly in the future.

The desk staff are off putting! You walk in there are 4 receptionist sitting there, they avoid looking at you! They're talking amongst themselves, very rude. I called to say I'd be late, I had to jump my car! I was chastised when I arrived. The staff member I spoke to didn't relay the message, even though I called! I valeted my car and had to wait for the valet to get off his phone to attend to me! The MA comes from the back and very loudly calls your name into the waiting room! It's as if you're at a deli and they're calling your number, very rude. They should walk into the waiting room and state your name! The previous Endocrine office staff were very professional, both receptionists and MA's. The providers are GREAT! Nothing but 10's. You should send a secret shopper to evaluate these offices. Cooper Health has it all over Virtua.
