This was my first time seeing this provider, and I scheduled the appointment that same morning due to flu-like symptoms. Both the nurse and the provider took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and everything I shared about my symptoms. After a thorough discussion and two tests, the provider was able to identify the primary issue and recommend appropriate at-home care and follow-up steps. She was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the visit, providing the care, reassurance, and support I needed. I truly appreciated the time she took to address my concerns and help me feel more at ease.

I was double charged for my co-pay- I told the receptionist that she charged me - She said no It did not go through- Told me If i didn't pay I could not see the Dr. so I had to pay a 2nd time I called the billing office and sent emails proving I was charged 2x and still have not got a call back about my refund

Very happy with my provider.

This was for a 3 month check in. Got me in and out quickly which is always nice when it's just a checkup like this

It went smoothly from start to finish.

I was happy with the medical provider and the medical assistant, however, I stood at the check-out window for a few minutes - I wanted to see if they needed anything else from me before I left - and I never got acknowledged. One girl at check-in was on her cell phone, two others were talking to a third girl on the other side of the station, and none of them ever looked up at me. So I finally just left.

Virtua providers are always top notch.

Facilty clean, but not very attractive (adequate). A new patient - Dr. Hou very pleasant and thorough and followed up on recommendations. After Visit Summary could have had statistical information (BP, weight, temp, etc.) on form. I had to go to My Chart to get it. Previous Virtua office always had it printed on summary provided at end of visit. I needed info for HRA and other records.

The doctor is very caring, very compassionate, explains everything, makes suggestions, listens carefully, and I'm very comfortable with her.

The doctor's office, front desk staff was like they are doing a favor to receiving a patient. The main thing is the staff when the front desk, if they are not polite, if they are not welcoming you, then the rest is secondary. Please make sure that they should get some more training. Their PR skill was really, really bad. And I'm one of those, if I like something, I always appreciate it. If I don't, I make sure that somebody should know it. The PR skill was really bad about that front desk staff. And the doctor was really, really good. And even the medical assistant, she was doing her job, but like something is wrong and they were either tired or they were not feeling well or something, but she was doing good.

Feel confident with Dr Hou that I am in good hands with my medical needs.

The provider is an excellent doctor. I wish I would have found her sooner.

The provider did not remove her mask the entire visit. I was not sick. It was April. Nobody's sick like that. The provider was pushing vaccines, pushing colonoscopy, pushing mammogram, pushing all kinds of medical procedures on me. I didn't go in there for that. I was forced to go to get my thyroid medication refilled. The provider did not read the room. The provider did not realize that I'm not interested in all these invasive procedures that I do not need. The provider didn't know my medication. The provider, I will not be going back to this provider.

I had my first visit with Dr. Hou and it was great. I am generally a bit nervous but the staff from the reception, to the cna to the doctor was great and really put me at ease. Dr. Hou listened, addressed my questions and seemed like a true advocate to my health.

I am the brother and legal guardian of the patient who suffers from Lewy Body Dementia. Our visit with Dr. Kristy Hou was to establish a new PCP for him as he recently moved to NJ. The entire staff was very courteous and professional - treated my brother with respect. The facility is comfortable and clean. Dr Hou was absolutely fantastic. Check him thoroughly, discussed his history and current condition. Discussed and explained her plan of treatment - establishing a new Neurologist (in progress) to be the first step. She refilled his medications and we will revisit in 3 months - by which time she will have his medical records from Virginia and opinions of new neurologist.

Kristy appears to be very knowledgeable and communicates clearly and confidently. This was my first appointment with her and I was very impressed with her as my new family doctor

Upon arrival, I realized my appointment was scheduled for next day. It was my error. The receptionist was great, she contacted the doctor and I was able to wait for the doctor. Just want to say thank you, everyone was very accommodating.

Dr.Hou is very compassionate and knowledgeable. The Mansfield office is convenient for me.

The "new and improved" scheduling system is terrible!! I used to be able to schedule right in MyChart. Now it takes several phone calls in order to set an appointment which last time took over an hour. PLEASE go back to online scheduling and get rid of the new phone system
