Kristy Hou, MD

The provider is an excellent doctor. I wish I would have found her sooner.

I had my first visit with Dr. Hou and it was great. I am generally a bit nervous but the staff from the reception, to the cna to the doctor was great and really put me at ease. Dr. Hou listened, addressed my questions and seemed like a true advocate to my health.

I am the brother and legal guardian of the patient who suffers from Lewy Body Dementia. Our visit with Dr. Kristy Hou was to establish a new PCP for him as he recently moved to NJ. The entire staff was very courteous and professional - treated my brother with respect. The facility is comfortable and clean. Dr Hou was absolutely fantastic. Check him thoroughly, discussed his history and current condition. Discussed and explained her plan of treatment - establishing a new Neurologist (in progress) to be the first step. She refilled his medications and we will revisit in 3 months - by which time she will have his medical records from Virginia and opinions of new neurologist.

Kristy appears to be very knowledgeable and communicates clearly and confidently. This was my first appointment with her and I was very impressed with her as my new family doctor

All of the staff listened and addressed my priorities completely. My first visit but I feel like I was truly cared for and heard.

Upon arrival, I realized my appointment was scheduled for next day. It was my error. The receptionist was great, she contacted the doctor and I was able to wait for the doctor. Just want to say thank you, everyone was very accommodating.

Dr.Hou is very compassionate and knowledgeable. The Mansfield office is convenient for me.

The "new and improved" scheduling system is terrible!! I used to be able to schedule right in MyChart. Now it takes several phone calls in order to set an appointment which last time took over an hour. PLEASE go back to online scheduling and get rid of the new phone system

Dr. [REDACTED] did an outstanding job of providing medical service to me. She's not my normal physician, but she was able to see me on short notice, and I was very pleased with the care. She was very, very knowledgeable, and gave me a lot of helpful information, and I'm glad I had the opportunity to see her.

Since it was a last minute appointment, I was impressed that the doctor was on time. She was very attentive and recommended an effective remedy for my ailment.

I was on hold for 22 minutes to get through to make an appointment. I do not have Internet and that was the last time. The other time I was on hold for 17 minutes. I think this is just a little bit ridiculous that if you need an appointment that you have to be on hold for almost a half hour. Something's got to be done regarding this. Thank you.

Yeah, I liked it because everybody was very professional. The doctor, very nice, and everybody treated me nice. I felt like I'm family.

Im 70 years old and was used to the old style "paper" office and stayed away from big practices for a time. Dr Hou and her staff have changed my mind. Dr Hou listens, considers what is going on with me, and actually cares about me. Her staff is happy and polite and always helpful. If they don't have the answer they get it. Sadly these things rarely happen these days. Im so glad I found this practice.

Dr. Hou was very attentive and answered all my questions. Very pleased with the care I received.

Turn on the answering machine on the holidays we don't can leave a message. and not get written up for not calling the day before That's not right. I got written up because I didn't call even message the day before when I did the answering machine was not on that's not right it's not fair.

Did not listen to my concerns and needs. Was checking her phone during my visit.

I love Virtua and the staff at Mansfield. I live in another County and I still continue to go to the Mansfield office. I have a new Doctor Hoe and she is great!! I had an APN [REDACTED] before her for a long time that left and wasn't sure I wanted to stay but I did because Doctor Hoe was very nice abd I felt comfortable with her !

Overall, very gracious staff. Very punctual also.

The wait time was quick. The staff was nice. The Dr took her time to ask me questions and listened to my concerns. I did not feel rushed.

Kristy who is a new doctor to me. I'm a new patient to her. So we are just getting to know each other. But I feel positive about the relationship that we're having between doctor and patient. And, I, I, I hope that, um, you know, we'll both feel more comfortable with each other, as time goes on. But yeah, she's, she's cool. I like her. And she knows her stuff. So, all right. That's it.

Dr Hou is a great doctor

The provider listened carefully to all my concerns and that was very important.

The provider was punctual. I showed up on time for my appointment and I was taken back almost immediately with very little wait time.

Dr. Hou is wonderful. She really listens. She discuses each topic thoroughly. Her recommendations for treatment are spot on The MA was so mice and efficient

I am very comfortable with Dr Hou and am able to share my concerns with her. I am always treated very well by her and the staff.

All of the staff were wearing masks which makes them difficult to understand at times. I have to ask them to repeat what they say. Masks are unnecessary.

It was a s good as a visit to the doctor could be.

I've been a patient for so many years. I used to have Dr [REDACTED] and since he left I never had anyone like him until Dr Kristy Hou. She is compassionate, treats me like I'm her only patient. Cares about her patients and always asks me how my physical and mental health are and how she can help me. Really listens to me and my concerns. Has great knowledge of medical things. I trust her. Grateful for her.
