Dr. Johns Keating and her staff are excellent! If I had to give them stars, there would be 100. Very caring doctor and staff who make me feel comfortable when I am there!

This was my first time meeting Dr. Johns-Keating. She listened and provided great feedback to my questions I will definitely recommend her to others!

Hey, I just wanted to make sure I chose the right answers. Originally, it should be all answers should be yes. Everybody was great, but I was running through it, so I don't know if I picked the right button. But everybody was great. All the answers to the previous questions should be yes. Yes, the doctor was attentive. Yes, they asked me all the questions. Yes, the doctor knew my history. I like this doctor very much. She does an awesome job. She's way better than the previous doctor that I had prior. So I'm very glad about having her as my main physician.

I was nervous, but treated kindly. The med tech was friendly and the doctor gave me good feedback and helped me understand what may be causing my issue.

My experience overall was positive. I thought the intake nurse was very kind, considerate, educated, you know, on her job and capable, had great bedside manner. Similarly, the doctor was very informative and listened. I would say the scheduling nurse, probably why my overall rating went down somewhat. She didn't have that good bedside manner, was very short, and overly not pleasant in my interaction with her. If I didn't continue service and treatment here, it would largely be for that reason. Otherwise, the individuals I dealt with were mostly pleasant.

I'm switching doctors and it was my first visit and I felt very secure with her and what she had to say and I think I'm on the right track to getting better.

Due to my age and medical condition my procedure needs to take place at a Virtua hospital. The closest Virtua hospital to me for this is in Voorhees. Unfortunely being good for me its unfortunate that Dr. Krysta Johns Keating wasn't available for that location but assured me I would be in good hands.

She was absolutely wonderful and I would absolutely recommend her to anybody I know that has a stomach issue.

Dr. Krysta Johns Keating is such a caring Doctor. She listens to your every need. Never never had "such" a personable Doctor. [REDACTED] her MA is also so caring and very sweet!

Both the nurse and doctor were very kind, listened attentively and seemed to truly care.

The doctor was familiar with my history though it was my first visit. She listened very attentively and was on point with the medical ad I e she offered. She was professional and showed concern for me a d my health.

Everyone put me at ease from the moment I arrive for my appointment to the moment I met with the doctor.The doctor was very friendly and seem to really care about my well being.she asked questions that made me feel like I wasnt just another patient.The nurse that took my vitals, she was great,very pleasant personalty.Loved my visit.

I am very happy with the care that she gives my daughter she's very knowledgeable caring and great bedside manners. She listens to all of my concerns . She also takes the time out to explain what's going on..

My comment is that the building main outside entrance has no automatic or push button open access and patients arriving some which walkers, canes, wheelchairs by ambulance either have to ask others to help or struggle to open the door. Many disabled seniors come to this building. May I say the entrance to your Virtua Gastrology waiting room does have the handicapped ?? push button that will automatically open the door for the paient. Thank you

I love, love the doctor, Dr. Johns Keating. She is an awesome GI. She was well-concerned about my health. She just was just great. Really, really, really, really good. I am very thankful that my prayers were answered and the staff was just as kind and wonderful too. Thank you.

My current gastro doctor is retiring at the end of this year. I am having an issue and I felt it would be the right time to start with a new doctor at this point. That said, Dr Johns-Keating is not completely familiar with my medical history, but the MyChart information we discussed along with her questions made for a very thorough first encounter. (That is the reason why I could not answer that question with a "yes, definitely") What a pleasure it was to meet with this very nice doctor and I look forward to working with her in the future. I must add how incredibly grateful I am for the Virtua navigator who was able to get me an appointment the day after I called. I wish I could recall his name. He really worked hard to make this appointment happen and for that I am grateful. Additionally, the office staff and the dr's assistant Sollie all did a great job as well.

Caring and attentive staff and practitioner!

Overall, it was a great experience. There was a little confusion about how to schedule my lung/breathing test, but after a couple of phone calls, it was taken care of. Everyone is always friendly and works to make things go smoothly.

Dr. Johns Keating is a very wonderful, talented physician. The thing that I like most about our relationship with her, she teaches you about the condition that she's treating you for. She engages you in understanding how the disease is evolving and what process you need to take in order to help ensure that the treatment goes well. She is a wonderful, very knowledgeable doctor who is very competent, and I would recommend her as a great gastroenterologist to many of my friends and family members.

I really liked the provider, she was soft spoken. She listened, gave me advise on foods , printed information for foods pertaining to my health issue. I wish she closer to me at least 1 day week. Nice clean facility.

So amazing that EVERYONE in this ofc were such smiling and caring women!! I was really shocked when speaking with Dr. Johns-Keating when she spoke of all my previous ailments and treatments. No doctor ever knew these things when I met them! She apparently read my history before meeting me. She listened intently as I described my problems and then spoke about how she would like to do a endoscopy and colonoscopy. Dr. James-Keating asked if I agreed and then prescribed a medication that she felt would ease my symptoms until she performed the testing. I am 75 and I've seen many physicians in my life. I feel Dr. James-Keating is in my top two physicians!!

Everybody's personality was very good, and that's what I like about coming there. And Dr. Johns Keating had a beautiful personality. Also, the two nurses that waited on me, the receptionist that waited on me, everybody that waited on me, they had very good personality. And I appreciate that. They did the work, treated me real well. Just keep up the good work. Just don't let things go down. Just keep it up. Keep it going. All right, thank you.
