She would not listen to me has no compassion regarding my situation she canceled a procedure that was scheduled by Dr [REDACTED] because I had said I never had anesthesia before I was expecting her to just explain to me instead she got angry with me and set an appointment for December I don't want to be seen by this provider again

Laine Keyser was very professional but also friendly n caring. She listened to what I had to say. Made me feel at ease and guided me in the right direction. Had a great visit with her. Awesome nurse practitioner and wonderful bed side manner!

Laine Kaiser has been great to me she shows much concern for my problem and has done all is can so far to get to the bottom of my pain...She and her staff are the best and although my pain has not been diagnosed yet I feel confident it will be resolved soon....

When I called to make the appointment, I was not told that I would not see a doctor. Only after I got the summary after the visit I saw that actually the person who I thought was a doctor was an APN. Not cool.

This was the second time I've seen Laine Keyser. She is professional, thorough in the examination and addresses all my concerns. Would without hesitation use her again and would highly recommend her. She is an asset the practice.
