Everyone listened attentively and treated me with respect. I shared with Dr. Laura that I am feeling fantastic and noticed my lower back discomfort has gotten better since I have loss weight. My pain level was ranked as (3) feeling very little discomfort. I did request a refill for Nucynta 50 mg and will attempt to cut back and take only as needed. I just returned from a vacation and am feeling well.

She was very nice, she was patient and she listened to me and she asked me questions and she was very, very nice and I would recommend anyone to her.

They are always very kind and my provider is very aware of my physical issues and takes time to listen and explain. The only thing I don't like is since the change over in the department, we cant get directly through to them withouy going through the Navigator which takes forever. So I go through My Chart and my provider is great about messaging me back in a timely manner.

The recent changes to the scheduling process is cumbersome and took several phone calls and email messages to get scheduled.

My meeting with Laura was a good one. She listened to me explaining what the next step would be and what I need to do moving forward. My only apprehension with the process of getting an injection is that Dr. Duckles is so loaded up on Fridays with patience. Sometimes he doesn't seem to be able to take time to be personal and have a good conversation before the injection time that's the only time we really meet I hope that we can meet one on one in the near future

The only issue I had was the new phone system. It was impossible to get through to my doctor and caused me upset when I was passed around by other central offices. Also no telehealth appointments!

She located my doctor in Voorhees and was able to get me a same day appointment to see my doctor. Sarah went above and beyond to help me get the treatment I needed. Please change the name. After the merger, it's quite confusing to get mail from Virtua Reconstructive Ortho instead of the way it was previously addressed as Virtua. If I'm not going for Orthopedic related, I would think that it's a spam email, etc. I have spoken to various employees in different departments of Virtua and they all agree. In fact, early on, I received a call about a appointment and when I answered the phone, I asked who was calling and they just said Reconstructive Ortho. There has to be a better way.

Laura is a superb provider! The scheduling process needs a lot of work. My chart doesn't work with the changes to the practice.

She understood my issues and answered my questions.

I don't know if this is the right venue for it, but could you please get to Virtual Pain and Spine and have someone contact me for either another appointment as soon as possible or what the next step could be to remedy my pain situation.
