From the front office to the medical assistant to Dr. Trachtenberg to the desk, the checkout, everybody was absolutely phenomenal. Everybody went above and beyond. Everyone took their time. They were patient. Dr. Trachtenberg absolutely listened and also gave feedback and she was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone of my family or friends.

Dr. Trachtenberg is a diamond! She was very thoughtful with conversation and questions. See you in 3 months

The office staff made sure I got a timely appointment to check a wound that ended me at Urgent Care. It was my first time meeting Dr Trachtenberg and she was professional and caring. Taking time to minimize any additional trauma or pain.

I went to this office as the first time patient because I was recommended by a friend for one of their doctors although I did not get to see their doctor. The receptionist was amazing and scheduled me in with one of their fellow doctors. I felt totally at ease and she was so extremely thorough with my medical background. I just feel lucky that I chose this practice.

To me I don't think. She is a very good Dr she made me wait over one hour before she got to me then stuck her head in where I was and said I have to fill some prescriptions and didn't come back for another half hour I was going to walk out

Dr. Trachtenberg was extremely caring, documented everything well, and gave helpful recommendations for plan of care.

The doctor was great. This was our first meeting because I was changing doctors. She took her time, almost an hour to go through everything with me and listened to me diligently and made recommendations. And I fully trust her. Thank you.

Dr. Lauren is an amazing young doctor. She was very tentative to my needs. She followed up on phone call follow-ups the same day that I left a message on my chart, and I can't specify how happy I am with her as her being my doctor.
