The only way I think you can improve is send a limo to my house and pick me up and stop and pick up coffee on the way. I was handled with tender, loving care. I love the service that I get there. I am also taking my rehab back to Virtua. I like them. I love them. Fantastic group of people. Everybody I meet is happy, you're lucky. For new surgery I was a patient at Virtua in Vorhees. Everything was carried out perfectly by Virtua. Therefore I am better than I was before my new operation at Virtua.

My postop nurse was wonderful. The first nurse I saw before the operation was not thorough. Handed me about six or seven pieces of paper and told me to read them and if I had a question call.

Hi, I just want to say that Lauren was just exceptional. She was a great educator. She listened. She explained things well. I left there with a good understanding of what I need to do and what my options are. She was just wonderful. I really enjoyed meeting her. My biggest complaint is that we can't request PAs. And I asked Lauren about that and she said it was just really, it's at random who the patients get. And I understand how that works, but she was exceptional. And all the care I've gotten at Reconstructive Orthopedics has been exceptional through the years. I've never had a problem with any practitioner. They've all been great. But she was just really ?

It was an excellent experience. The provider was terrific. I was disappointed in the computer system the provider was constrained by. It was slow to load, and kept crashing. I also have an extensive history with Reconstructive Orthopedics before the Virtua acquisition, and that information was not readily available to the provider on the system.

Lauren, and everybody at Virtua have made my decision for Knee replacement very easy. The pre-op, and post op appointments have been informative, and encouraging.

Lauren was very friendly and knowledgeable about my care, and the front desk staff is also very friendly and caring.

I felt very comfortable with everyone and all of my questions were answered.

Every visit to both Virtua locations -- Young Ave and Moorestown Rt 38 -- has been a pleasure! From the surgeons and doctors to the reception staff, everyone was kind and professional.

I wouldn't recommend this provider only because the surgeon is a specialist located far from where i live and i don't know anyone who lives in that area.

Lauren Carter was excellent and the very first question that was asked of me, I didn't listen to the whole number scale. I would have given a 10 if I would have listened to the whole thing. So she was very, very professional and excellent. So I would give her a 10, 10 times over.

The entire staff at Virtua Orthopedics are professional and provide excellent care. PA Lauren attended to me on my visit and was extremely knowledgeable and provided me the information needed for my hip surgery recovery phase.

She kept talking about how the average patient is out of pain at this point four weeks post-operatively. That can't be true. But I didn't like being referred to as average. Every patient likes to think they're unique and that their care provider sees them as unique.

On my yes mostly answers, I feel Lauren needs to slow down just a little bit and thoroughly listen to the patient as opposed to trying to guess what the patient is saying.
