Very professional, courteous and competent

Lauren Carter was excellent and the very first question that was asked of me, I didn't listen to the whole number scale. I would have given a 10 if I would have listened to the whole thing. So she was very, very professional and excellent. So I would give her a 10, 10 times over.

Felt listened too, understood & validated.

The entire staff at Virtua Orthopedics are professional and provide excellent care. PA Lauren attended to me on my visit and was extremely knowledgeable and provided me the information needed for my hip surgery recovery phase.

She kept talking about how the average patient is out of pain at this point four weeks post-operatively. That can't be true. But I didn't like being referred to as average. Every patient likes to think they're unique and that their care provider sees them as unique.

On my yes mostly answers, I feel Lauren needs to slow down just a little bit and thoroughly listen to the patient as opposed to trying to guess what the patient is saying.

Check in, seeing the Doctor was expedited quickly. Check out was also seamless.

I really appreciated the help that was given to me on this visit. I was not able to get the amount of care that I needed because I am within the three months for the steroids, but I'm still in pain and I really hate that. I need more than Tylenol to subside my pain. And that's really a royal pain that I can't get anything more. But otherwise, she was very, very informative and helpful. Thank you.
