Dr. Lu has been my provider for a couple of years now. I feel very confident in my contact with him and his feedback, and that is all I have to say at this time. Thank you.

Overall, an outstanding experience. I was treated with professionalism, yet also in a nice, appropriate, friendly manner. I was very impressed at the knowledge and background of Dr. Lu . I had a lot of things that he needed to know about and understand, and he did, which was great, and helped explain things to me to be able to understand those points too. So this was my first time meeting with him, and I'm looking forward to having him assist me as I move along with all these things.

I trust Dr. Lu and appreciate his style of spending as much time as needed to fully explain treatment options. He is thorough and has a somewhat laid back approach that I like.

First appt. here with new Dr. Nice office, receptionists were pleasant, but not "chatty". Dr.Lu was very pleasant and personal- He started off with "Tell me about yourself." He listened well, gave me plenty of time. He made me feel at ease and has a sense of humor. Went over my history, and right away got to work on my main health concern, with tests to schedule and follow up in 3mos.! So far so good!

My original purpose for scheduling this appointment was to get a TB test. After meeting with the doctor, I had to wait at least 30 minutes for this test. I was told it was because "the order had to be put in". I'm not sure why there was such a long wait, especially since I told the scheduler that's what the appointment was for. I don't know why it wasn't ready when I arrived.

It was hard losing my PC doctor, Dr. Soble to retirement, but Dr. Lu, my current doctor, is terrific! He really gives you his full attention, answering questions and explaining everything really well.

Dr lu was the first pcp yo proactively suggest a specialized test for me based on my unique medical situation. In the past, I felt like I had to ask about specific tests for concerns I had. Not with him, he looked at my history, heard my concerns and made appropriate recommendations. A great experience

I was so glad he was able to see me .I hate the phone system with virtua no good at all bit from now on will go to office to make appt but Dr was outstanding
