It was interesting! I thought this provider was going to b my new Doctor as my original Dr has been AWOL for the last year And one half. Nope - she claims she is not taking patients at this time . I need a Dr. Someone who has the constant lab work to understand my normal if anything goes off the wall. I have spoken to my insurance company about this and they are also looking for a Dr. I don't think I should b penalized for doing things a little bit differenrly and wanting more natural help with my health ?

My doctor is a very kind and caring person she always makes me feel comfortable.

My visit with Dr Hwee went well. My following visit with the Medicare evaluator I assumed went well. After my visits, I returned home and received a second visit summary that included information from both appointments. Some of the additional information was inaccurate. I have sent a message to Dr Hwee to discuss this.

I am always recognized by the staff. The front desk ladies always call me by my first name and we communicate well. Dr. Hwee is patient, down to earth. She listens and understands as I convey my health concerns.

I actually went for my physical, but for some reason I was only treated as like a follow-up visit, but I really thought that I was going there for my physical, but I guess I have to make another appointment, which I didn't really need to and want to because I went there for physical. But I mean, other than that, I'm very happy.

Dr Hwee is nit available for any new patients she said and treated me as such. I am going to find another practice since this is the 2nd doctor at this practice that has said this.

This was my first visit with this provider. She was recommended by a relative. Dr. was kind, polite, and looked over the paperwork that I had brought with me. There were a few forms to be filled in and then sent to a surgeon for an upcoming procedure at a different medical provider. The doctor seemed a bit rushed, but we did address the necessary issues. For next appointment, I hope the doctor has the time to not be so rushed. I think it is the practice, not the doctor that rushes through the visit.

Apologetically, I do misunderstand when conversations and questions are conversed in the examination room because they appear to me to be echoic to me, further making me misunderstand.

I arrived at 12:45 for a 1pm appt. I sat in the waiting area for 45 min. and then went to the counter to check on the delay. Finally got called in by 2pm. The session with the doctor was just fine, but the wait made me feel like I was totally ignored. This has not happened in the past. Fortunately I had brought a book to read.

Hi, I love Dr. Hwee and the staff there. I've been going there for years. They even helped me to get a ride back home because my transportation thing canceled on me, but they got me a ride to get back home. I'm very grateful.

I'm still in pain.

She was not my primary doctor. But she was very professional and nice professional in all ways that mattered. If I had to I wouldn't mind seeing her again under my care.

Went there for eye problem. Literally spent 2 seconds looking at the eye. Will not be seeing this dr again.

Dr. Hwee was nice, I was glad a covid test was performed and my results was negative. Dr. Hwee suggest I drink plenty of fluids and rest. However I wish I had received some type of antibiotics. For my cold and sore throat.

Very helpful with medical supplies orders

I have been with Virtua medical providers and they are top notch and very present any time I have met with any of the medical professionals. I am thankful they are here for me!

Yes, when we were at the doctor, we had everything mostly get done with our prescriptions. But for some reason, two of the prescriptions weren't prescribed that way till the following day and didn't get it till the following day after that. And that's about it. Otherwise, everything else was OK. Thank you. Bye.

The nurse navigator was awesome. So kind and helpful.

Dr Hwee made me feel comfortable. She was informed and knowledgable about my post hospital doctor visit information. She reviewed everything I should be doing now plus brought up possible changes we may do in the near future. Overall I really liked her. She answered my questions and put my mind at ease. Her patient approach both professionally as well as down to earth humor had me and my wife leaving the office feeling better than when we arrived.

Way better than the morrestown office

I think they should give more than 10 minutes for the doctors to spend with each patient because if they lose time with the first patient, they can never catch it up through the rest of the day.

I had an appointment with another provider and then they called me and made me use my primary and I don't want to use my primary any longer because I just don't, for me, the bedside manner for me is not what I'm looking for. I need somebody who's compassionate and very soft and not just doctor. So I didn't get that. They forced me to change my appointment that day with her. So that's where I was at with that.

Not a good visit was very disappointed this time

My doctor is outstanding and most staff are excellent. I say most because this time the technician who took my blood pressure didn't really care what I had to say and her comment was "Let me do my job!" I would NEVER want her again. I told my doctor what had happened and she said she would talk to her. Thankfully everyone else are great and treat you with respect.

I just want to say I love how Dr. Lillian H., you know, how she helped me through my husband's hospitalization, his death, and, you know, my recovery or healing. I like the way she helped me and carried me, you know, along and helped me understand my testing and, you know, talked to me all through the process until I felt better. I just really appreciate her. I really like her as my physician.
