Very good medical group.

Waiting room time was 25 minutes, then waited about another 15-20 minutes in the exam room. Arrived at 1:24, wasn't in car until about 2:40.

She's wonderful

The provider was more interested in me being a new patient and where I was living than asking about my concerns. She hardly listened to what I had to say and told me I shouldn't have booked as a new patient. She was harsh and difficult to talk to. I still do not understand why I am not allowed to book as a new patient. I had a medical concern and her booking system said it was accepting new patients online. Now I need to go to Urgent Care if I have more concerns. The nurse who came in to take my vitals before the provider listen thoroughly to me and was wonderful. The front desk was also very kind and helpful. I would not recommend this provider to anyone.

Linda is the first provider who made me feel like she was listening and she addressed all of my concerns

The doctor explained everything very well to me, and they treated me extremely well. The nurses were very attentive and took excellent care of me, especially when they checked my blood pressure. I had a fever, and everything was very nice; they treated me extremely well.

My name is told them it has be written a certain way they did not do that Pharmacy for my maintenance RX it was not filled because they DID not LISTEN when I explained why to write my name certain way I am just hoping DOCTORS get paid timely they are covers under my insurance but if my name is spelled wrong it might not go through

Um, I love everyone in the office and I especially love and appreciate Linda Faracasso because she's honest and she has great bedside manner. She tells it like it is. I trust her judgment. I, her care plan that she switched me on like with new meds, it actually helped me lower my A1C and my diabetes scores are now back to like 100, and that's fantastic for me because it's been over 200, 300. And I guess that's all.

I liked that she took her time and was patient.

I love going to this Ventnor branch because is always clean, all the staff is doing their things quietly, they are all very attentive and they speak Spanish.

My only problem is that the previous patient took up a long time and I had to wait over 40 minutes to be seen by my nurse practitioners which was stressful despite it was unavoidable My next appointment in 3 months is set to be the first of the day

Linda Faragasso was very thorough and went through all my medications, took my blood pressure, listened to my breathing , etc. I have another appointment in the fall. She (as always) is very efficient and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone.

Everyone was extremely nice

Dr. Faragasso really listens, reads your reports and results as they should be and explains every detail (not leaving out small clues that could be helpful). I'm tired of doctors that treat you like an idiot who would not understand the numbers in a lab report. We don't live in that world anymore. Information is always right at our fingertips. Dr. Faragasso listened, helped me down off the table and made sure I was steadied. She truly seemed concerned. She helped me connect clues. She chided the remarks of the ER doctors who treated me poorly. She made helpful referrals. It's only my second visit with her but I feel pretty confident that she is MY doctor from her on.

I think the care is good.

I did not see the provider I scheduled my appointment with. A different provider came into the exam room. My appt was at 4pm. I arrived at 3:45pm. I didn't not get called back until almost 5pm and sat in the exam room for an additional 20 min. I didn't not get not leave until 5:40pm. That's 2 hours for a 20 min appt. The patients time is just as important as the doctors time. Schedule less appts if you can't get them all in in a timely manner.

Waited for a long time to be seen when the office didn't seem busy. Given the available hours I see difficulty following up as I am unable to to take lengthy periods away from work during day and shouldn't have to take a full day off for a well visit.

It was my first time at the office and I was very pleased with the receptionist and the doctor. I'll be back on the 19th.

I feel that the nurse practitioner should have checked my ears, eyes, lymph nodes. She did not ask about a mammogram and I had to say something about a colonoscopy. I definitely will not go back.
