This was first visit and I was having issues with my health. I did feel comfortable talking with the doctor, however, I would have liked more eye to eye contact and concern for the issues I am facing.

I went for one thing and asked a question about another . I was told the nurse would tell the doc but she was t sure it would be addressed that day . The doc did address it, but I was put off by that response

The doctor was very friendly and understanding, super patient, met all of my needs, had wonderful suggestions, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

The doctor was very patient and thorough with me. I was new with her and she took time and answered all of my questions and offered suggestions when needed. Thank you.

this was our first visit together

Was nice to be seen so quickly. Really appreciated being able to be seen in the same day as request.. Much prefer being seen at your office vs sitting in a Urgent Care.

This is {redacted}, my provider, was very kind, very polite, took time and interest in my conversations that we had. She didn't rush me out. She took her time. I felt very comfortable with her and I would recommend her to my family, especially my granddaughters and my grandchildren, to come and see her to be treated.

It was very professional from check in to nurse to Doctor

When I approached the main desk at the arrival time of my appointment, there were only three women working. They seemed less than interested in working and when I went to check in, they were not very friendly actually they were rude. This is not how I'm usually treated when I come for appointments. Realizing it was the day after Christmas December 26 still shouldn't be a reason for less staff that's on duty to treat someone that way. The office was less than busy. I was only one of two patients sitting there waiting so there really was no reason for these women to act the way they did. As far as the young man that was the medical assistant that took me back for my appointment he was wonderful. Very kind, very professional. The doctor was wonderful that she was very, very friendly very kind.

She did not even ask me what I was, how I was feeling, what I was there for. All she did was look at my medicine and give me and say we were going to do the medicine. I told her I needed help. She did I need a reference for someone to come in to help me. She said not now. I told her that I need somebody to come in once a week. She said not now. Everything's going to be after I have like eight to ten tests taken and she gets the results, then she'll talk to me. I will not be coming back to her. I'm sorry. Thank you. Have a nice night.

Doctor was exceptionally patient, thorough, and kind.

The provider was excellent. While not my actual pcp I was able to see her for an urgent appointment and get treated as needed.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. I asked some questions and they were answered. I must say that I love the location of this office. It's very close to my home. When I call in for a appointment, they are always accommodating. You have a wonderful staff at this location.
